"Lovely tiny home. We got there and checked in straight away. The host was very nice and answered all questions about the place, it is small however the place was immaculately clean and tidy. We were a 10 minute walk from southwick beach and a 5 minute walk to the train station to get to Brighton or where-ever you want to go. "Delightful setting - with country and canalside walks from the doorstep. Welcoming host family live next door and there's plenty of private parking on the shared driveway. Comfortable large bed, bright and clean bedroom upstairs with bathroom next to kitchen area downstairs. Lovely to step straight out of front door at dusk to comfy seats overlooking their beautiful garden at sunset."

"The property is in an amazing location right on the beach with a small supermarket and a cafe within walking distance. The Lion pub about a mile away is excellent. The only negative comment I would make is that the front garden needs a bit of maintenance and finishing off in some areas. Everything else, perfect. "

"We had a great break as were very lucky to get the really excellent weather mid September. The house was just the job, comfortable furniture, well appointed kitchen. Great location near the sea. House is on quiet estate, not that far to walk down to the shops etc on the Street. Coffee stand 5 minutes away. "

"Myself, 4 kids ages 9-23, 2 dogs! A fantastic few days away! The house is well equipped, clean and cozy! A very homely feel, love the layout and my 8 yr daughter loved the quirky little bunk bed in the small kids room!! That was a bonus :) plenty to do nearby, but loved just stepping out onto the beach, and sitting on balcony watching/listening to the sea 💕 we would def be back here next time we need a few days away! Thank you soo much xx "

"Langstone Quays is a lovely place to stay. My only complaints with my room was poor signal on the wifi and some mold on the ceiling in the shower. The pool is adequate however the hot tub was out of order unfortunately. The steam room was immaculately clean which was a huge bonus. The breakfast was good quality although slighly limited for options as a vegetarian. I have stayed there twice now and would happily stay again if I was headed to that part of the country. "
