"Stayed for afew days for a wedding, our stay also included New Years eve. The cottage was perfect for the 4 of us with more space than we were expecting. We had a great time playing games and sitting round the log fire talking. The wi-fi was also good which was great for streaming movies etc. The weather was a bit wild when we were there so we didnt get the most from the walks that are on the door step. Good communication from Susie throughout our stay. Would certainly stay again. "

"Considering the price, we had high hopes for our stay at this house, but unfortunately, we were quite disappointed. Upon arrival, we found the property was not very clean. There was urine left in the upstairs toilet, the downstairs bathroom was dusty with hair around the toilet, and the bath mat had been folded up while still wet. "This home is great with four bedrooms and a nice backyard. Was a short walk to restaurants and pubs. A convenience store a few doors down made it easy to buy anything we needed from food, snacks and drinks including spirits and beer. Hosts when above and beyond our expectations for us to have a wonderful stay. After four days we left and forgot a few things at the home. "really really good! i was so impressed with this place, loved it and would definitely return again. the only negative i have is being on the top floor and some of the glassware (mirror, table) could have been cleaner, however i know they were keen to get the studio ready for me potentially arriving early (which was so great of them to have accommodated this). when i arrived the entry system was modern and easy to use, clear instructions by text message and i had a courtesy call, to also leave me...

"We found the Annexe to be very comfortable and well-appointed, with immediate essentials provided in the kitchen. The Annexe was conveniently located for our brief stay in the area, and we particularly enjoyed walking into Chichester alongside the canal which is very close by.
