We had a group of 8, 6 adults and 2 children 3.5 and 5 and 3 dogs. We adults were two older women, our adult children and their kids.
As we drove into the property, which is gated and has a long driveway up a small hill, there were deer grazing in the small green area. Nice start! The house itself looks as pictured. It has ample parking for 3 large vehicles - no yard space for games though but I knew that ahead of time.
There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the main, bottom floor; we didn't spend much time down there.Worked out well to have the family with kids down there so we adults could stay up and make noise on the second level. The second level has kitchen, LR, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a fabulous deck that stretches along the entire house. You can access it from a sliding door off one of the bedrooms and from the main room.
The house itself was plenty big so weren't on top of each other. My only criticism is that it gets warm upstairs and there are only 2 small windows that open and one was broken so we couldn't get a cross breeze. There are ceiling fans which we cranked but didn't help a lot.
The location is very nice - you can walk to the beach through some dunes, maybe 5-8 minute walk, but when we were there the beach access nearest the house was closed off for plant restoration so we had to walk further down. Not a big deal but just FYI. You can also drive as the beach access and parking are at the end of the street where the house is located.
