Picturesque, quiet, and clean.

Repairs needed

First of all, we really like this house. We have stayed numerous times. However, the following needs attention: Dripping faucet in Main BR. Sink stoppers don't work in Main BR closest to window and the Japanese soaking tub BR.The front door electronic lock is difficult to operate. Lock on right side of hot tub is stuck. Paint is peeling on most of the exterior. Please consider repairs for this great house! Thank you

Perfect Family Vacation

Beautiful stay with gorgeous views of the ocean. Nice having 3 bathrooms. We did shower our baby because the soaking tub was so deep in one of the bathrooms compared to a traditional bathtub. Great location for us to the botanical gardens. Very comfortable stay. Thank you!

Family trip

We loved this property. The setting is beautiful and serene. We looked out at the ocean across a grassy field full of lavender each morning. The house was incredibly well stocked with kitchen equipment, barbecue, hot tub, games, books and a TV. We enjoyed all the common rooms and the bedrooms were very nice too. The furnishings were beautiful and truly made us feel like we were a guest in someone’s home.

Fort Bragg family vacation

House was beautiful.The only issue was dealing with the management Vacasa. Their website says to contact them for late check out and got a “No.” Also said to call for an additional dog but again said “No.” I don’t understand why they say call but basically don’t bother because it’s going to be “No.”

Enjoyed our Peaceful Stay

Hello...this is the second time we have stayed here. We very much enjoy many things about this place. Love the ocean view, the hot tub, the lovely well equipped kitchen, the cleanliness and esthetics. Just a super comfortable and inviting place.

Beautiful house

This was a great place for our two-family getaway. Plenty of space for the kids to play outside and inside, while the grownups could retire to the dining room or kitchen for quiet and amazing ocean views. The kitchen is well laid out for entertaining. We enjoyed both the hot tub and the fireplace during our winter trip. We'll definitely try to stay again.

Mendocino Thanksgiving

My husband and I and daughter, son-in-law, and baby Hazel have an amazing time in Mendocino this week. We loved staying at your beautiful home. It was so clean and have everything we needed and it was dog friendly for our kids pups! Centrally located to the botanical garden and Princess Seafoods and right between Fort Bragg and Mendocino so fun shopping too!!

Overall, great experience!

Enjoyed the ocean views, very well stocked kitchen, very nice hot tub. Used the BBQ with great success. I called management with a couple of questions and no one ever got back to me. Problems with operating TV/DVD. With 5 remotes, you need to have a DETAILED page of instructions. Also would be nice to have some type of hooks for hanging jackets when coming into the house. I hade to search around for the combination to the hot tub lock. The overall instructions in the binder needs more details. Ocean views were great! We really enjoyed the comfort, location and aesthetics of the home. Would go back!

Convenient and quiet with lovely view

Generally as described on line, though property is beginning to show its age. Salt air corrosion made the lockbox and the hot tub lock very difficult to open. Floors were not very clean. With proximity to sandy beaches, sure would have been nice to have a broom handy but couldn’t find one anywhere. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful, relaxing, family memories

Every year I try to book some kind of family vacation where we can just spend time together without the choas of every day life and electronics interfering. I have been wanting to book a beach vacation for quite some time, but wanted the quite and relaxing atmosphere included. I came across this property and just felt like it was the right fit. My family and I enjoyed staying at this home so much. It was roomy, clean, all kinds of natural light with beautiful views out every window. Theres access to the beach, we were pleasantly surprise that there was no one there the first day and the second time we went there was just a few, so our dog was able to run around with no worries. Our trip included the skunk train,exploring the area including glass beach and deep sea fishing. We cooked in most days, my family all cooked together, played games, watched the sun set, talked, laughed and enjoyed the hot tub. We recommend this home 100% and hope to be able to return for a vacation in the future. Thank you
