Great location and well stocked!
Our family of six stayed for three nights! The accommodations were great and close to the City Park and university. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything available to cook your own meals. There was also a nice grocery store within a mile. Will definitely stay again!!

Great location and comfortable home
We were reconnecting with family and friends on our visit to Fort Collins and this house was an ideal place for us to gather for meals and conversation. We arrived later than expected the first night so it was wonderful to have coffee choices available for us the first morning. Well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable beds and pillows. The traffic on the street died down in the evenings so it was very quiet at night. Liked having the green space across the street and being able to see the golfers go by on the 9 hole golf course while having breakfast. The owners were very responsive and accommodating on two requests that we had.

Wonderful place to spend a Girls’ weekend
We found this house to be a very good place/location for my daughters and my Girls’ weekend. The place was clean, spacious. We appreciated having 3 bedrooms. Dishes, bedding and blankets, food supplies were ample. I saw that some reviews mentioned noise from the passing traffic…..we found no problem with that. We had difficulty with the Keurig, don’t know if it was us, or that the appliance needs a new electrical cord. The outside grill was left quite dirty by previous visitors, the tongs were buried in the dirt below the grill . It was easily taken care of, but something the cleaners might want to note. I was disappointed we were expected to take our own bedding off, and launder it. The cleaning fee appears to be quite steep, and I would not expect to have to strip my bed and begin the laundry. Dishes? That’s okay to start the dish water. Would I recommend this place? Yes…..

Lovely Stay
I couldn’t have been happier with this rental. It was the most well stocked rental I’ve experienced. There were all the necessary kitchen supplies, basic food, hygiene products, extra blankets and towels, etc. I had to message the owners and received an immediate response. VERY CLEAN! It is no more than a ten minute drive from almost anywhere in Fort Collins. I highly recommend.

Great House!!
This was my family's third time renting through VRBO and this by far the best home we've stayed in. These owners knocked it out of the park on ALL levels. There were necessary essentials already provided which is HUGE when you have been traveling for hours with kids and the last thing you want to do it stop at the store to get toilet paper or soap when leaving the airport. It was already there along with many other supplies they didn't have to stock, but did anyway, and that went a long way in my book! The street in front is pretty busy at times but we wanted to stay close in to see the sights. Inside the home, you can't even hear the traffic though. I can't say enough nice things about our stay in this home. Definitely one to consider when booking your trip to beautiful Colorado!

Very nice
This place was just as shown in the pictures. I stayed with my sister and her friend. We came from different directions. The parking is right out front and more than adequate for our two cars. The beds are comfortable, the living room has comfortable chairs, the kitchen is large enough for everyone, and the dining table is just right for a large zigsaw puzzle (or eating, games, etc). Very short drive to downtown. I highly recommend staying here.
