Water stoppage unresolved

We came here for a surprise birthday party. Upon arriving at facility went found no one to help in person or by phone. Response by text intermittent and delayed. Problems: keypad access to room not working had to wait for text for key box access. Room much in need of overhaul mold in shower broken toothbrush holder. We unpacked had a nice dinner only to find tv didn’t work. Again had to give ok to enter room while we were out to fix. Next day after showering to go out to party cold water in shower did not turn off. Called and left messages with no responses for 3 hours already at party. Had to leave party to put key back in lock box because they did not have another to access room. Back at 10 pm water still running full force since 1145am. Received in text earlier that it would be taken care of that day. Not the case. Called again got someone who said they would contact on sight people but to no avail. Received a text that they would be coming the following day between 9-5 to take care of. At that point my husband called and told them that we could not stay and sleep with water gushing out of shower all night. They did not care and we told them we were leaving. We packed and left putting key in box. Needed to find a hotel for the next two night flying home today. They continued to text us automated texts about how was our stay. 730 last night we got a text saying sorry for our trouble but they were busy with other people. Today we got a text saying thank you for your text.

5 night stay in March 2025

Great Location, newer interior with nice size kitchen. An open concept of living, dinning & sleeping. Large TV using roku that spins for all rooms to view. I would go again

1 bedroom Florida room

Never found the Florida room! This is a converted old mom and pop motel close to the beach. Quarters are tight for two people. Kitchenette was sparsely furnished. The black mold on bedroom window was a concern. Slow response time with management/host.

Sorry but Nope

Not sure where to begin, reservation department had no idea what they were doing! Tons of emails requesting registration information that was already submitted.. We arrived a day late due to an unexpected snowstorm and got a survey, how was your first night! Upon arrival couldn't get in. Needed to send someone to fix the door. Place was dark and dreary. Air conditioner soundled like a freight train. ..Had to call 4 or 5vtimes to fix the lights, to replace the GAPING HOLE in the screen, which was never replaced only removed.it was old and crepid.I will say the bed was comfortable. I would not use their soap or shampoo and they leaked all over . They did send someone over each time I complained but if they would just look around the place they would surely see what my dissatisfaction was all about. I will say that Glasses were dirty

The bedspread and blanket were badly stained so was the pillow case There was only one pan to cook with The wall air conditioner sounded like a train going through the room The bed itself was cheap and uncomfortable Some sprucing up would make the place very nice great location

Nice place, great location

We had a very nice few days at this VRBO. It was close to the beach and the promenade, which was nice for walking. The kitchen was equipped nicely for simple meals, and the unit was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Don’t stay here! The place was filthy, smelled awful, poor service and communication with property manager! Our room wasn’t cleaned
