There was no water from the kitchen faucet. The owner replied there was a sensor on the faucet, but we were never able to get water from this faucet. We were only there one night so it was inconvenient but we were able to go without it. I don’t understand why they would have a sensor on the kitchen faucet. This makes no sense to us. I would not stay there again. Nor would I recommend it to my family or friends.

Convenient
This unit is good for one night. The kitchen had no clothes and very little utensils to make any kind of big meals. There is a great soaker tub in one of the bathrooms but the water spout was so far away from the tub that the water would flow onto the floor where there was a power bar below. This is very dangerous. There was really no table to sit and eat at. There were bar stools at the counter. One bedroom had no night stands or little lights so there was no where to put your things at night. Hangers in the closet would have also been nice. Another very handy thing would have been somewhere to put your luggage rather than on the floor. It was clean and on first glance, super cute. It is a convenient location for the cruise terminal and that’s why we chose it.

I read the reviews before I booked this unit and I have to say they were incorrect. The owner forgot to send us the code to get in so we had to stand outside in the cold until he got back to us.. and that was the beginning. Instead of explaining everything I’ll just list the things that were wrong.No hot water in one of the bathroom sinksdust bunnies under the queen bedBookcases in the king bedroom were dirty and greasyNo mattress pads on the mattressNo actual pillowcases on the pillows in the king bedroom only pillow shamsOnly two washcloths in the unit for for 4 guestsKitchen cabinets are dirty on the outside and insideNo silverware only plasticwareNo dish soap to clean the dishes so we left them in the sink. shower and the king bedroom leaks outside of the shower onto the floorno toilet paper holder in the king bathroomThe unit is not up to my standard for cleanliness

Layover for cruise
This was the ideal place to stay for the night before our cruise. We flew in the day before and we found this home to be perfect for 3 adults and 3 children. Close to grocery stores, airport and Port Everglades.

Probably good for younger people
Our stay started out stressful, because we weren’t given check-in instructions at a time that met our travel plans. The floor is all white marble, which is great for cleanliness, but makes it almost impossible to see that there is a step down into the second bedroom. We discovered that step when one member of our party fell down it. It was also difficult to find electrical outlets in the kitchen. None of us knew there were popup outlets and found them by accident.

The apartment is well maintained, comfortable and cute. We were able to walk to a local restaurant that was within a mile distance. The area is quiet and easy to get to if you need an Uber or cab.

I was very confusing to get the code to get in. Once in everything a okay except for gecko on drapes but we managed to share accommodation with it. Would recommend this place with confidence.

Clean and new
The property was perfect for me stay. Almost looked like I was the first guest. Dish towels were brand new and lining was even still on fridge shelves. The place was very clean overall and provided all needed for a comfy stay.
