Fantastic view!

Everything was as pictured. View is STUNNING! Unit was very clean and well equipped. Check in is a little tricky but they give you clear instructions. Host was very welcoming and communicative. My only complaint is the pillows. They are old and really flat. Once you take pillowcases off some of them had some staining. New pillows and washable pillow covers are n deed. The bedspreads are clean but old and drab. Could use new in s with a little punch of color. Everything is brown. Overall, highly recommend! Beautiful view, great location, great hosts!

Condo is fantastic location with a post-card view

I traveled to Hollywood, FL for a business trip and stayed at this condo at the Tides. I had stayed at the Tides before and knew the location is fantastic.The VIP check in option was a pleasant upgrade from previous stays at the Tides. The communication from the owner and caretaker was very prompt and helpful. I would encourage anyone looking for a place with an amazing view that is situated right on the beach to rent this unit. I plan to come back with my wife and daughters.Dan

The online listing was totally accurate and the place was very nice. Oscar made the check in process doable, otherwise it's a little confusing but he was a great help! The view and beach are incredible.

BEAUTIFUL VIEW!

We enjoyed our stay in this beach front condo. The views were amazing and any issue we had was addressed. We really enjoyed the 4 brand new beach chairs. Other reviews stated mold being an issue. I have a son who is allergic to mold and he was completely unbothered. If mold was present he would have been a mess the entire 9 day rental. Additionally, we have stayed at The Tides a few other times and have never had a problem with the check-in process.

Excellent stay

We had a wonderful experience. From check in to check out. Oscar met us at check in and was extremely informative! The condo was clean and very comfortable. Location was great, have to use Uber to get around. Best part was the spectacular view from the ocean front balcony.

Quick getaway

Everything was great and as described. Hosts are wonderful and responsive. Nothing related to the hosts, but the valet parking person that is a step in the process of getting in should not be in a customer position since he is not helpful. If we wouldn’t have run into him the whole experience would be perfect plus!

Great girls trip!

Overall we had a great stay! Our only complaints: the master bath toilet was leaky and a couple beach chairs were broken which we unfortunately didn’t notice until we already had them down at the beach. The owner assured me this was already taken care of for the next guests. I think it’s good for people to know you need a key fob for every 2 people, as we had to get 2 ($60, since there were 3 of us). We loved the view and the beds were very comfy. They also provided good quality beach towels. We enjoyed the place and would consider staying there again. Also have to recommend the pizza across the street 🙂

Great location.

The condo was comfortable and well equipped, we cooked a lot of our meals and had everything we needed. The view is amazing and access to the beach and pool was easy. Only con was charge for the fob that gets you into the building and beach etc. I feel it should be included; or at least, the $30 charge should include 2 fobs.

Best views and clean!

The view is the best around. Being on the 10th floor made the ocean view glorious. Balcony was the best spot for morning coffee and night time wine. Spacious and clean 2 bedroom condo. Bathroom, kitchen, and bedrooms were all really tidy and clean. Caretaker made it easy for the registration to receive the key fob and pool wristband for $30. We did not have a car - so we didn't need any of the extra costs for parking. Hallendale Beach area is close by and have fabulous restaurants. The Hollywood Broadwalk was really fun with the stores and food. Definitely going to book for next year's girls trip.

Just the basics

My family and I stayed (2 adults, 2 children) in December. The unit is on the 10th floor and has a direct view of the ocean. Absolutely beautiful with floor to ceiling windows in the living room. The unit itself is a bit dated and shows the normal wear and tear of the ocean air, but is overall well maintained. There are a very limited number of outlets (as expected of a property that age) so recommend bringing a power station for charging all your electronics. The kitchen was equipped (standard coffee pot/not a Keurig.) There were plenty of filters provided. There is a beach closet inside the unit with chairs, coolers, and way too many beach balls… We added our own sandcastle kit. It was convenient to avoid having to rent, but a couple of the chairs were broken. The unit was functionally equipped but quite sparse, nothing to make it feel homey or comfortable after the beach. There was a crib, although I don’t know if it meets current safety standards. I had no problem using it for my 18 month old (bring your own sheets). The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra linens and beach towels. Although they definitely need to be replaced as they are showing their age. The property is directly on the beach. The pool was advertised to be heated, but was not working during our stay. Thankfully, there is a sister building, and we were able to walk over and use that one. Not crowded as it was December but small for the unit, so keep that in mind in peak season.
