Great Villa Experience with Easy Beach Access
Pros: The resort was fantastic, and the pictures on the VRBO website are accurate. The room was spacious and clean. We could feel the authentic villa feel throughout our stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to cook small / large meals. The beach was so near; it was just a few minutes of walking distance, and the views were stunning. Cons: However, the TVs are quite old but still functional. The remote controls are confusing, with separate remotes for volume, DVD, and TV. It would be much more convenient to have just one remote for the TV. Recommendations: I would recommend offering a reasonable cleaning service for atleast 3 days once would be good for whoever stay longer. And including pictures on the website of all the appliances in the kitchen would be helpful. And on the beach, it would be great to have some lighting around the huts at night. Overall, it was a superb great stay.

Everything was Great!
The villa was immaculate! We vacationed over Thanksgiving break. I ended up cooking Thanksgiving dinner in the villa and we had everything we needed and then some! We can't wait to stay here again!

Early departure / Hurricane Nicole
We liked our stay at RFW. Only problem was, last two days of trip Hurricane Nicole was approaching this area. We reached out to Tom Jenks, owner, that we were concerned with our safety of storm approaching. We asked if we could checkout early and be reimbursed for our remainder two days (11/8,9). He said no. The only way to receive credit was if Broward county declared an evacuation. Regardless, we saw early weather reports showing hurricane with ocean surge approaching Hillsboro Beach, FL. After hearing this we did not want to stick around to see what happens on this intercoastal land area that this property is on. We were very disappointed that Tom Jenks was not sympathetic with our concern for our safety to leave early! We did stay one more day (11/8) and left one day early (11/9) before hurricane made landfall. If Tom Jenks valued our safety, he would overlook evacuation policy and refund us for the one day. PS... We booked this trip too celebrate my wife 75th birthday. Turns out hurricane made a mess of this trip! Villa #W

great place
This was a nice little gem tucked in the middle of the high rises! Both ocean and intra coastal views. This unit is close to AIA and there is some traffic noise but nothing that really bothered us. Highly recommend!

Lovely villa
This place was exactly what we needed, a lovely, clean and perfectly positioned villa. The Royal Flamingo Villas are situated on a great property, giving you the best of a private beach, intercostal area and a poolside. Beautiful! I would recommend this villa and I am sure I will be booking again in the future. Tom, the villa W owner, was good in replying to questions and very helpful. Thank you.

Enjoyed our stay
The property manager was wonderful to work with and we appreciated his prompt responses to our inquiries. The only complaint we really have which is personal anyway, is the bed was very hard for us and a bit uncomfortable but we prefer a softer mattress. Other than that we would highly recommend this property.

It was AMAZING.
To say the least, great food places within 20 minutes. The rocks on the beach down a ways offered great snorkeling areas. We saw two squid! The suggestions on local food and stores was appreciated. Loved the workers. Even are shipping me back my hairdryer I left! Very friendly & awesome to work with. Will be sharing this villa info among my friends and family.

Great 5 night stay
Everything we needed to get some R&R. The villa's are well located and the atmosphere is very low key, families. We didn't stay long enough to use the pool or laundry etc. but everything is well managed & grounds well-maintained.

A beautiful real villa´s resort in an unbeatable location
This place is gorgeous, it has the best of both worlds, the unique beachfront atmosphere as well as the relaxing intercoastal luxury view, the resort is so well maintained, a small jewel in an unbeatable location. Villa W is super well equipped, you get a better price for it being on the intercoastal side but at the same time it is strategically located in the middle of both, so you are always a few steps to the experience of your choice. During the second half of our stay we had some issues with the villa´s central A/C unit, which was nobody’s fault but just a technical mishap, once reported to the resort management and Tom (The owner) it was managed on a extremely professional and on time fashion, we were transferred to another villa on the beach side and even got a courtesy refund from the owner for the inconvenience, something truly appreciated because it is precisely when things deviate from the expected that you truly get to experience the real customer service capabilities and they got a 5 star rating on this very important front too. Tom was amazingly accessibly and attentive at all times, he truly mastered the whole process along with the resort management, we realized thereafter that he also owns 5 other villas in this resort on both sides so I will not hesitate to rent from him again, before even knowing that we took the decision to rent a beachfront villa directly through the resort management for August to bring our 8 YO daughter before she starts school again in California where we live, first time ever that we repeat a stay in the same place this close, a clear sign of how much we got to love this unique place.

Just what we needed
We had a very enjoyable time at Villa W - it was just what we were looking for. The owner was easy to work with, the unit was clean and included everything we needed. We spent hours daily on the east side of the property beach (Atlantic) and the evenings watching the boats come in on the west side Intracoastal waterway. Didn't need to visit any other beach! Lots of close restaurants and grocery stores - all good. The road "A1A" that runs through the property was not busy and had a crosswalk for us. Really great location. We did some touristy things (Kennedy Space Center, Flamingo Gardens, Riverboat, Everglades air boat tour) and read books on the beach (bring your own beach towel!). The patio was nice for morning coffee with the birds, lizards and beautiful landscaping. TV and Wifi worked great (for those that want to work). The king bed was really nice and comfortable. Check in was the easiest ever. Honestly could not have asked for anything else! We'll be back for sure!

1 week in Hilsboro beach
You really need to read small print before booking this property. The pictures are misleading. The resort has villas (read small bungalows) on both sides of 1A1. The pictures are for the bungalows on the beach. W villa is on the other side of the road, facing a very busy 1A1. The area called "extra sunbathing" is nothing more than a patch of grass separated from the road by dusty bushes. The traffic is very heavy and there is no privacy. Once you cross the road and find yourself on the beach, the beach is perfect. Plenty of space and not crowed at all. Another plus - the bungalow was super clean and the king bed was comfortable. My recommendation is to book directly with the management and select a property on the east side (beach side) of the road.

Rest and Relaxation
Loved this property, the access both to the beach and intercoastal was wonderful to have. We did not have a car for the week but it was only a mile walk to the boardwalk area and restaurants. We will be back!

My private pre Xmas Villa W
It’s an extraordinary holiday destination, spacious, accessible to beach, shops and if all goes well beautiful sunshine. The proprietor of the Villa W is attentive, customer friendly and professional. His kitchen is equipped with more than basic essentials, the mattress is firm, and there is plenty of space for personal items. The staff of the RFV is courteous, respectful and professional. I would highly recommend this rental Villa W to future vacationers, and will definitely consider renting this Villa in the future.

Cosy cottage with great amenities
Enjoyable week at this semi detached cottage with access to a private beach and the intra coastal within the grounds. Walking distance (20 mins) of the Deerfield Beach pier and bars and restaurants. Visited the nearby local sea turtle rescue centre called Gumbo Limbo. A great experience. Property itself was perfect for our needs and the Mon_to Fri maid service was a welcome surprise. Very clean with everything we needed. Only slight negative was proximity to the A1A road although not a major problem for us. Would return.

Amaze, secluded, relaxing and best location! The landlord is absolutely 5stars! Everything you need is in this condo. I learned how to shuffleboard while staying here for almost a month ! I am sad to leave .
