Nice Vacation Getaway
Communication with the host was an A. Ran into a minor issue checking in but he was extremely quick on resolving the issue. Pictures of the place were exactly as advertised online. The surrounding area is a bit rough but never felt unsafe there. Loved the arcade games within the house Would stay again if I’m in Ft Lauderdale.

Lovely modern cottage
My girlfriends and I stayed at the house for a few days and we were delighted with our stay. The house is clean, modern and conveniently located. The pool was warm and beautifully intimate. I highly recommend!

Amazing stay
The property was perfect and exactly as advertised. The hosts were communicative and very helpful. Check-in was easy. The arcade machines were a big hit - more so with the adults than the children. Amazing doesn't do this justice!!
We had the pleasure of spending our family time for my younger brother's graduation at Yamil's property. I am beyond grateful for all that came with the stay. From the cleanliness of the property to the impeccable communication provided by Yamil, I am still in AWE!! I often visit the Ft. Lauderdale area and utilize hotels when doing so, but that is definitely a thing of the past!! I highly not only recommend this property, but I recommend any other properties that Yamil owns and operates. Thanks again for everything and know that you have a lifelong customer in me!! Maple Leafs Trip
Check in was painless. Loved the open concept and we all agreed the private pool was much better then public and we could use it at anytime. Great little spot to sit outside where we spent the majority of our time when we were there. No mosquitos !! All modern appliances at our disposal, fridge with ice maker, washer and dryer and you could even use the oven as an air fryer. Easy access to everything, beach, shopping, Casino and especially the hockey game, a 20 min Uber trip. Airport was a 15 min trip as well. Overall, lots of room for 5 adults and so much better then staying in a hotel. Great spot, highly recommend.

Our family had a great time and the hosts were very responsive when needed. Cozy newly renovated home equipped with everything we needed for our 4 day stay. Private heated pool was a HUGE success! Grill provided with utensils was nice for a small family BBQ on the patio. Safe and quiet neighborhood. We had an awesome time in FL and our housing accommodations exceeded expectations . Overall stay was good. The inside of the house is clean. We had two adult couples and one adult child part time. We could have used more bath towels than what was provided. If you plan on lounging inside the house to watch tv, it is really only comfortable for a couple of people.

You will not be disappointed!
Everything about this home is perfect! It had everything we needed. It was spotless and beautifully decorated. We loved the heated pool and the privacy in the backyard. It's such a quiet neighborhood. The location was great, close to everything we needed. The owner is wonderful! Extremely responsive. From the time I booked this property any questions I sent were answered in under five minutes. We will definitley stay here for all our future trips to fort Lauderdale. It's a 10++++
