My family and I checked into the property Friday 4/28. As soon as we got to the property, we took the key out of the lock box and realized the door wasn’t locked. Once inside the property we realized the main sliding glass door to the living room only locks from inside, and the key does not work at all to lock from outside. The only other door was a sliding glass door in the primary bedroom. That door did not lock either. We contacted the property management company right away to tell them of the issue. The property management company emailed back on 4/30 and said their maintenance man would be out the next day which would have been Monday 5/1. We also informed the property manager in email on 4/28 that the WiFi was not working and was told they’d schedule a technician to fix it. The maintenance man didn’t show up 5/1, so we called the office 5/2 and received a recording saying they’re only open Mondays and Thursdays. 5/2 we received another email saying they’re waiting to hear from the owner about the WiFi and that the maintenance man should be there that day. The maintenance man did not showing 5/2. We also emailed the property management 5/1 because we were given 4 bath towels, and 8 washcloths for four people to last 10 days, and the washer/dryer was out of service. We finally received towels and WiFi 5/4, but no maintenance man for the lock. Since we were unable to lock the property, we had to keep all our medications/valuables with us. Very unprofessional management!
