Wonderful vacation
The house at Cape Coral was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was very comfortable and clean. The pool and hot tub were a great way to relax in the evening after a great day of boating and time on the beach. A vacay that we will always remember
We stayed one night it was amazing and we had a great time the home was beautiful the host was great with this being said we did receive a text saying we needed to evacuate due to hurricane Milton and that out safety was there number one priority and I thought that was wonderful of them to keep us updated on what was going g on so we did but definitely will rebook .

Fun Time in Cape Coral
Enjoyed our week. Pool was wonderful and boat thru the channels was great fun. House was set up perfectly for two adult couples with a bedroom, bath and separate living room for each couple. Kitchen was well equipped, and restaurants and Publix were close to house. Would definitely recommend vacationing at this property.

The house and location was beautiful. There were a few things that could have been better(most rentals do). The house was very clean. The kitchen needed more attention. Maybe because I cook every day and don't eat out much; but there was food stuck to a lot of the utensils, pots, pans, glasses etc. Nothing that a little washing didn't fix. The owner and rental association were VERY responsive. My suggestion is to check everything as soon as you get there and anything you need, call them and they will take care of you right away. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation JK

Was an awesome trip and would highly recommend the Troup real estate to help with all of your needs while staying in one of their Devine homes. We even rented the boat and it was well worth the extra money. Very clean and accommodating. Kids loved the pool, hot tub, and finding lizards. Mornings filled with fish jumping out of the water if you get up around 7 am. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood.

Summer Vacation
Great home to stay with all amenities needed. Kids enjoyed fishing off the dock and Disney/Netflix movies at night. We rented the boat and enjoyed touring the area by water. Drove to and enjoyed the beach at Captiva. Very quiet neighborhood which we liked. Great communication with the owner.

Great family vacation
This property was well cared for . We loved the location. It was very clean and quiet. The pool and the hot tub were great. We rented the boat and had a great time . We saw manatees and dolphins and caught all sorts of fish. Highly reccomend this rental . It was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We love it so much already thinking about next time.

Great visit
Property as described and no hidden surprises that we sometimes find with bro. Nicole was kind responsive and professional property manager. Best we have ever dealt with using vrbo. Rent the boat and get captain Bob show you around and act as fishing guide. We enjoyed our days that we spent with him. A dolphin came up to the dock and said hi. Ok it blew air less than a foot from me. Hard to beat that experience.

Wonderful property in a great location.
If you’re looking for a place that has it all and is located in a great spot, this is it. You can use this as a home base to explore Sanibel Island, Captiva, Cape Coral, Ft Myers and Bonita Springs/Naples. All of these are within easy driving distance. All of the amenities listed are in great shape and very clean. Closer to home base there are lots of places to eat and shop as well. Great neighborhood and located right on the canal system. Check in / check out process was seamless, When I had questions before coming to the property Maggie and her team responded quickly. If you decide to utilize the pontoon on property, Captain Bob will give you a wonderful orientation to the area and dos and dont’s. Would highly recommend utilizing him as a resource.

Great vacation home
House was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. There were plenty of towels and even sunscreen, which was very thoughtful. I found some pool noodles and other pool stuff in the garage. Neighborhood is very quiet, and backyard is pretty private (can't really see neighbors on either side). Loved the book with local dining/excursion information. We made our way to Ding Darling and caught sight of a manatee in the wild! We also took a sunset boat tour and saw a bunch of dolphins. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect Location!
This was our second visit to Cape Coral and we loved the location! We had easy access to all the things we needed, as well as a quick trip by boat to several beaches. Communication with the property manager was some of the best we've experienced. They truly want their guests to have a good experience! The pool was lovely and my boy especially enjoyed fishing from the dock and around the canals. Thank you for having us!

1st sibling vacation honoring our brothers last wishes.
The home, pool, hot tub was excellence, clean and spacious. The canal and pontoon boat was icing on the cake. Our favorite day was scattering our brothers ashes in the gulf and being surrounding by dolphins within a minute. Such a surprising, surreal moment for our family. We wanted to do a few crock pot meals with being on the boat and could not find one anywhere. As soon as I let Maggie know, we had 1 before noon. My siblings and family fell in love with this home, location and services. Now I want to move here lol. Highly recommend with the boat. Captain Bob was very professional and helpful. Thank you so much for assisting us in this memory ❤️

Excellent Place
The place was fabulous from day 1 right through to the last day. Any problems (little things) with the place were handled immediately by the maintenance guy. The boat was the icing on the cake, we had sooo much fun. We went fishing and beaching and waterfront dining until we couldn't do more. Thanks Lisa and Maggie. You got 2 thumbs up.

Serenity Sands is a BEAUTIFUL Home Away from Home
I'm not sure where to begin; so I'll just dive right in. This was a last min trip for some R&R, to enjoy a happy visit with our son, DIL and grandaughter and to celebrate our Anniversary in Cape Coral. We booked Serenity Sands last minute and Maggie was just amazing. She and Lisa always responded immediately to any question I had. We had planned to drive to FL from NH w/our dog, we acquired our 10.5yr old boy due to my father passing unexpectedly only a few mths earlier. Due to the timing, we did not want to leave our boy home, so it was important to us to find a pet friendly rental, and Maggie was more than accommodating. The neighborhood and home is beautiful and you're close to everything you could need or want. Whether you need to run to the drug store, grocery store or just wanted to head out to enjoy a bite to eat, all are only minutes away. There were Kayaks, bicycles, life jackets, a cooler, chairs, towels, umbrellas & even beach toys available for an outing at the beach. The home is spacious, immaculate and had every amenity you could need. The pool and hot tub were a treat after a day out & about. We also took advantage of the boat rental option and Captain Tim was incredibly knowledgeable, personable and made you feel very comfortable during your 'lesson'. We highly recommend Serenity Sands. Thank You Maggie & Lisa for everything! We are already looking forward to booking another visit!
