Plenty of room around the pool, great view of the river, quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked, the house was clean. House was centrally located. Would definitely recommend this house.

We loved the house and location. Kids are not ocean "beachy" kids so having water access to watch all the boats go by was perfect. Plenty of room in the house to move around and pool was AWESOME!

Great Location
Our reason for choosing this property were because of the large pool and being river front. Both were perfect. Our hesitation at first was we wished at least one bedroom would have had bunks. Three queens were not our preference traveling with kids but worked out ok. We would definitely stay here again.

It was realy nice stay.perfect view,big pool. Lots of restaurants open..good fishing..perfect grill. Neigberhood looks realy good after ian..they remaking beaches in a lot of places.(sanibel had it the worst). Thank you.it was great vacation.

We stayed for 5 weeks from Feb.13 to March 20 had beautiful sunshine everyday but one, wonderful big pool, nice big screened in patio and pool area, nice lounge chairs. Plenty of nice restraurants near by. Very relaxing vacation!!

Family time!
Overall, we were happy with our stay and the house. We were there during an extremely hot week, so the air struggled to keep up. We ran out of toilet paper and paper towels, so keep that in mind. Pool needs some TLC, but it didn't stop our 8 years old from enjoying every moment in the water. Richard was awesome and we enjoyed chatting with him. My golden rule with VRBO - leave it better than you found it. We did.

Boaters Dream
Great water front property with quick access to the Gulf. Having the lift to get our boat out of the water and cleaned up each evening was very helpful. Public boat ramp is very close to the house. We were able to basically live on the water the entire week, plenty of good restaurants out on the islands to visit for lunch, and plenty of great fishing in Pine Island Sound, Captiva Pass, and Redfish Pass to keep us entertained. Would definitely recommend this location and plan to rent it again ourselves if available.

Family vacation
Came down from Pennsylvania for a family vacation before having our 3rd child. Had a wonderful time the house was just what we were looking for. My husband and son spent hours fishing off the dock while my daughter and I spent hours by the pool. Everything is just a short drive away. The property manager was awesome, very personable. The house had everything you needed (and more!!) and was clean.

Awesome vacation
The location of the property could not have been better. Easy access with our boat to Sanibel, restaurants and grocery were close also. The property manager was very helpful. We had a minor issue with the pool and the pool company was out the next day to take care of the issue and did not impact our stay in the slightest. I mention this as there are always issues when you travel :) The house was the most well stocked we have ever booked. We will return for another awesome week!

Would come back again!
The location was great, the pool was large, had all the amenities you could ask for including a well-stocked kitchen and plenty of pool toys for the kids. The kitchen and most rooms were well updated and the pool furniture looked new and in great shape. The pool itself could use some updating as could the landscaping but all in all a great place for a family vacation.

Great View
Great views to watch the boats go by. Some issues with check-in and initial no service with internet and tv were quickly resolved the next day. The washer and dryer were fixed during stay and the pool needed some maintenance for algae on the bottom but all in all a solid choice as long as you have flexibility.

We rented the house for the month of February, the house was very clean, just needs a little TLC, nothing major and this would be a great place, the pool was supposed to be heated, had a problem with the pool, but the property manager was quick to respond, just took awhile to get it fixed. The last week of our stay, we really enjoyed the pool. Kitchen was as advertised, well stocked, we did a lot of grilling out,, enjoyed the outside grilling area. Had several restaurants nearby. Beaches were close, loved Sanibel Island. All in all, great place, good location.

A Perfect Spot for a Florida Vacation
This home was the setting for a perfect warm and sunny Florida vacation. The property inside and out is very well kept and clean with lots of extras on hand from pool toys and outdoor equipment in the garage to a stocked kitchen spice cupboard. The pool was huge and since it was heated we were able to enjoy it morning, noon and night. Lights in the pool added to the tropical ambience of the property. Paul, the owner was quick to respond and handle any arrangements I needed before our arrival. Richard, the property manager was just a text or phone call away to address any questions I may have had once we were there. This was our first time in the area, there was so much to do. We went golfing at the local golf course and loved the local restaurants and tiki bars on the water. The local seafood was truly a treat, we went on a fishing charter and cooked our fish on the waterfront grill that night. We also caught fish and crab off the dock. It was the perfect Florida vacation for us. On our last day we talked about the favorite memories we are taking away from this stay. #1 was watching the sunrise over the water every morning with a cup of coffee on the pool deck. #2 Enjoying family time playing games at the large round table #3 Pulling in the biggest crab we ever caught and hooking fish off the dock and talking about the two that broke our line and got away. So many memories made this past week. Thank you Paul for sharing your gem on the river with us. We hope to return in the future.
