Right Idea- with a few adjustments
The location was great and it was fantastic to have a key code to get in to the condo instead of keeping track of a key. We did our best to keep the condo as sand-less as possible. But having a few more rugs around would have helped from tracking sand all around the condo. Unfortunately the vacuum wasn’t able to stay plugged in so sweeping was our best option to keep things clean. Having more silverware and having a working fan in the guest bath would also be good. As well as the larger coffee pot didn’t have a tray for the filter so it really wasn’t a functioning appliance. One other thing that was rather odd were the multiple circles on both the mirrors that could not be cleaned off. Otherwise everything else made our stay at Fort Myers comfortable. Thanks for sharing the space with us.

Loved the condo and location!
We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was nice, comfortable mattresses- that is important to Seniors! The beach was beautiful and the surrounding activity very entertaining. We will definitely return next year.

Quiet Location
The unit was very clean and easy to check in/out. It’s on the north end of Fort Myers Beach which is very quiet right now because most of the condos and houses still haven been rebuilt after the hurricane. Trivial but still worth noting, the coffee maker needs replacing.

Beautiful Views and Great Location
We enjoyed our stay very much. We vacationed with our two adult children, one who just graduated from college, so it may be one of the last vacations with just the 4 of us. The accommodations were nice, for just having been opened from the hurricane a couple of years ago. There were some wall patches that still weren't painted yet, but overall, the condo was lovely. The views were amazing from the screened in porch and we spent every morning out there eating breakfast. The location is just a walk away from Times Square and very close to all of the activities we wanted to take advantage of. The condo. could use a refresh of decor but with the hurricane just a couple of years ago, I figured that it may still be a work in progress. None of that hampered our time there and we would highly recommend the condo. to others. We had the best time making fabulous memories. Lots of beach time!

The Good: Location, views, access to beach, lanai , and parking. The Not So Good: Elevators (one broken entire trip), TV…. Still have nOt figured it out. Horrible or no instructions, General condition is just “average”. Doors dont work well, rust on some appliances. Minor stuff but needs attention. Would I rent again ? …… Despite “not so goods” above…. YES.

Beach Condo
The condo is right on the beach, with easy walk to the beach. The area is still recovering from Hurricane Ian with construction all around. This complex is also still under partial restoration but our unit was clean and worked great for our family. The pool was still under construction and there is ability to pay to use the resort next door but we just enjoyed the beach. Great communication from the rental company.

The pink shell sets umbrellas up and chairs on the beach every day for their guess we had 25 dollar umbrellas in our hotel room that the wind kept blowing away and we finally found out the last day that we could pay $30 a day for somebody to put a nice umbrella up if I were you folks I would try to fix that problem that was our only issue otherwise it was a fantastic day thank you again

Awesome Vacation!
This property was perfect for what we needed. 4 adults and 2 children. We had plenty of room and the condo was clean and well stocked. The beach was NOT good. Water was very murky and dirty, lots of seaweed on the beach. Maybe the beach was yucky because it’s the rainy season, but I was expecting pristine, white sand beaches like other beaches I have visited in Florida, but that wasn’t the case at Fort Myers Beach. However, the condo was great!

Clean and great location. But bed leaves something to be desired.
Pros: This unit is at the end of the building, which is nice. Everything was clean. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and cooler were much appreciated. Parking pass was on the fridge. Second floor so we could use the stairs if we wanted. Cons: Only one wine glass. King bed was hard and VERY sqeaky. I should have paid attention to all the reviews that warned of this. Honestly, the bed was a dealbreaker. I would not stay in this unit again for that reason alone. I'm sure there are plenty of other comparable rooms with a better bed.

Great area, and excellent beach
Enjoyed our comfortable condo, the location, its view, excellent restaurants and of course, the beautiful beaches. The only disappointment about the condo was the small, very cold, over crowded pool. (For pool lovers like me, this could be a deal breaker next time.)
