Great Relaxing Vacation
Property was clean, great location, ocean view. Easy to communicate with the host. Pools and hot tub wete great for small children, short walk to beach. Everything was easy, loved the reserved chairs on the beach. Hreat to have washer dryer access so we didn't go home with wet or sandy clothes. Thank you for a great vacation!

Great Location
This location was perfect! We enjoyed the gulfside and Bayside of the property. The boardwalk was within walking distance. Everything was well kept and property well maintained. I really appreciated the parking deck during the hot summer. The host was easy to communicate with. I'll definitely be returning. Very family friendly. Not crowded. We didn't have to fight for a pool chair because you have multiple pools to choose from. The bunk bedroom was small but has it's own bathroom. Bathrooms are easy to find when you at the pool. Random people weren't able to pass through the property or use the pools. I did wish that the property had a ice machine but they did sell bags of ice. And the room had a icemaker in freezer. The elevators worked perfectly. It felt clean and safe. I would recommend this place to anyone that enjoys being at the beach or pool. And you have plenty of hooks in the room for your towels!

It was perfect!
We loved our condo! It was very clean, and had every amenity you could need. The condo owner is very responsive and informative. You overlook the pool, the beach, the beach service was fantastic! We had friends staying at the island hotel next door, so they were just a short walk away for us. Would definitely vacation here again!

Amazing Stay
We had such a wonderful trip and stay at this location. “Mawmaw Bonnie” was a gem to work with, the condo was well equipped for my whole family, super clean, and even had a pack n play and baby spoons for my 8 month old (mama forgot to pack). Complementary umbrella and chair set up, as well. SO CONVENIENT! My 6 year old loved all the different pool options and being able to go across the street via the bridge to the lazy river and waterfall. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place for our family vacation!

Furniture Matters
one bed was comfortable. the chairs around the table were comfortable. couch and recliner were unable to sit in for more than 5 minutes without a back ache. Master bed was nice. bunks and sofa bed were so uncomfortable we could not find anyone to sleep on them. Facility was very nice, people were great, furniture was a downer.

Awesome!
Very clean, up to date appliances, perfect view of the beach. The heated pool was a big hit for the little one (especially, because the weather was a little chilly), and was a nice break from the sand for all of us. We did not get to visit the lazy river but would definitely do it on her next visit.

Our stay has been nothing short of incredible. Bonnie is a superb host. Allowing us to experience a wonderful week with the sea on one side, bay on the other plus the amenities that are included. This property was everything that it was advertised to be. Very easy check in and out, the condo was clean and well stocked. The owner was as very responsive to anything we asked her. She had beach service lined up for us, which was very easy to use. I will 100% stay here again if I come back to the Destin area.

The unit was immaculate, and had everything needed. Unfortunately for us, the weather was awful, so we didnt have the opportunity to enjoy the resort. But Bonnie was great to work with and very accomodating!

Anniversary Get-away
Had a wonderful time at Bonnie's Destin West Gulf Side condo. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and we were looking for a one bedroom condo with a view facing the beautiful Emerald Coast. The condo is on the 4th floor and overlooks the pool and beyond that a great view of the Gulf. This condo met all of our needs. We lived in Pensacola when we first got married and I'm originally from Fort Walton Beach and familiar with Oskaloosa Island. We took advantage of the beach chair service that the owner provides with the condo.

A++ Host, Bonnie. Great location!!!
The location on Okaloosa Island was great!!! The restaurant and shops area right down the beach was close and easy to walk to by beach. Grocery 1.2 miles away. Kids activities across the street, food easy to access. Few steps from pool to beach was ideal. Having the beach service with chairs and umbrella included in your stay was extremely helpful. Having the lazy river a short walk across the bridge was easy too. Destin and Harbor Village 5-7 min away was nice too. We visited that area a few times. Bonnie helped us with a booking snafu and made us feel like we were staying in one of our own families places. Being that this was our first visit to the area she gave us the lay of the land once we arrived, checked in on us and was very easy to reach if we needed anything. She is an A++ host. This unit fit perfect for our family of 4. We will definitely revisit Okaloosa and Destin West again.

Bonnie was the most tremendous host. Communication was outstanding and she was so thoughtful and made sure we had everything we needed to have a great stay. Simply amazing!
The location was fabulous. We never drove anywhere except to the grocery store which was simply down the street. The condo was stocked so nicely that we needed for nothing. There are so many pools if you aren't on the beach. And for those of us that sunburn rather easily, there is even a shaded pool to enjoy. Bonnie, the property owner, goes above and beyond to make her guests happy. She even quickly responded herself when the door to the balcony wasn't working. It was promptly fixed as she didn't want us missing out on those beautiful balcony views. Bonnie is a kind soul and you can feel the warmth emanating from her. I loved everything about this stay.

We loved the stay and have been to the destin area a handful of times but we are really happy we ran across this one. We will definitely be back next year and have found the best spot for the family vacations. The location and all of the accommodations was perfect. This is a great place. It is very convenient for all ages. It has plenty of room for small family. Has everything you will need for your stay even some things if you forget something. Mrs. Perry has it set up perfectly. Plenty of extra things to do within walking distance when the sun goes down. There is not one thing we didn’t love about this place. Looking forward to coming back before the summer ends. If you choose this place you will not be disappointed.
