Disappointed
We reserved this property for our family Christmas because of it's location, size and amenities. We ended up pretty disappointed. The time we had with our children was great but the hot tub was broken, never got to use it, the only games in the game room was the fuse ball table and the fireplace didn't work. The arcade games that are in the photo are in the garage and are broken. There were weird black ant type flying insects everywhere. The kitchen floor was sticky from a spill that wasn't cleaned up from the previous renter and there were what seemed like fresh pet stains upstairs. When we reached out about the hot tub, they did send a service man out but nothing was fixed. We were promised a partial refund but haven't seen it. We have never had to write a bad review and have rented homes for years. Hate having to write this one. The home is a great home but attention to getting things fixed, and a true deep cleaning in between renters is needed. Attention to detail is important and owning some responsibility for issues a renter is having is needed.

Bugs ..dead and alive ..I would suggest bug maintenance maybe… a few towels smelled of mildew .. having said that..hot tub and pool was awesome … property owner was extremely responsive. Would consider staying here again .

1)Dirty fridge 2)Dirty upper countertop 3)Arcade games are in garage broken 4)The little video game console in the house has no power plug 5)Foosball table red side poles are slightly bent. Don’t spin well. 6)Master bedroom shower floor slimy 7)Master bedroom remote missing back 8)Mbr. Ceiling fan light doesn’t work. Bulbs strobe. 9)Mbr ceiling fan disgustingly dirty 10)Other bedroom ceiling fan light chain broken. 11)Back door knob loose and falling off. 12)Hot tub can’t use certain options. 3 vents missing covers so sprays in the air. 13)cover is broken in the middle but does the job. 14)Downstairs bathroom toilet ballcock was stuck needed to fix it to use. 15)Ironing board is broken, doesn’t stay up and has a piece of metal bent up in the middle. 16)Backyard has some trash, old hot tub and misc. items around. 17)Both backyard umbrellas broken completely unusable. 18)Empty plug-in refill left on side table for us. 19)Large staples going down staircase that I assume use to hold pictures. Just looks uncared for.

This was a great house in a great location. We were here for work meetings and the house had nice amenities for our down time. The host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitley stay here again!

We loved the house and the spacious room for us to be able to visit with our family. We had had dinner on the big family table. We especially enjoyed being able to use the pool. Overall the property was decently comfortable it had all the necessities however there were window a/c units and the upper rooms - bedrooms carpet and fans were very dusty. I communicated to the property manager and said they would address with the cleaning company. The pool was fine but the game room some of the machines where t working . Location was 30 mins to grapevine . We stayed 4 days

Girls Getaway
Had a great weekend in Fort Worth. This property had all the things we were looking for. Plenty of room for everyone, a large enough kitchen for us to prepare a few meals and of course the pool and game room. We spent one night at the Stockyards to take in a concert and night life. This property was about a 20 minute Uber ride but worked great for us. The host was very friendly and prompt when we had questions or needed assistance.

Graduation getaway
House was perfect to entertain adults and teens. The room units were sufficient to keep the bedrooms cool but it wasn't that hot either. I have lived in Texas long enough to know that the extreme heat is unbearable. The pool and hot tub were a hit with my family. House was exactly what we needed and would stay here again. Owners checked in to see if we needed anything.

Family visit
We booked this home because it is in my dad’s neighborhood. And what a find! Beautifully kept. Plenty of games. The foosball table was a hit! We had looked forward to the hot tub but the weather didn’t cooperate. Keurig cups and dishwasher pods were not fully stocked but I suspect that was an atypical oversight. Communication was a bit slow but it was a busy time of year. Beyond those minor issues everything was fabulous!

The refrigerator wasn’t cold for food sh had to purchase ice to keep food cold. Owner had us wait on ac guy due to ac not keeping it cool in house. Was told unit wasn’t large enough for Texas heat and size of house. It was 85 upstairs during the day and 78 downstairs. Owner was nice since I was overbooked.

Host was very good on responding. We had a good time, but property was not well taken care of and does not reflect pictures. Landscaping overgrown, bugs inside/out of house, temp inside house was hot, hot tub was nasty.

Ft. Worth Getaway
Great, quiet neighborhood. The Stockyards, AT&T Stadium and downtown Ft. Worth were an easy drive from this home. Our kids loved the pool in the backyard, and our entire family thoroughly enjoyed the pinball machine in the game room. We had no issues with this property, and the owners were responsive and easy to work with. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

We had an amazing time. The property was a beautiful home. Neighborhood was amazing. Property did have some areas that have not been dusted some areas that need some cleaning, but overall the house was beautiful very comfortable. Very welcoming.
