Grandma Camp
I host Grandma Camp for my grandkids every year. I currently don’t have a pool in my backyard so I decided to rent a house with a pool because all of my grandkids love to swim. The pool was perfect and it was nice to have a covered patio. The house had a large dining table that accommodated all of us. We had a jewelry making session and played games. It was the perfect setup!

The pictures on listing do not accurately depict property. House and lawn very run down and in need of repair and maintenance. Dishwasher and ice maker were broken, holes in wall and floors, lighting on exterior not working properly, old kitchen pots and pans. Food was left in pantry and refrigerator. Pool toys were unusable. Management company was notified but as of now….they have not responded.

My son graduated from UTA, so we booked this place so that family could stay together. The pool was a great place to hang out and visit. Barbecue grill worked like a champ on some delicious ribeyes. We really enjoyed our time together.

Excellent Location
The home was comfortable and clean. There is space for many both inside and outside. Everything is as described. The kids loved the workout room and ping pong table. The adults enjoyed getting together in the living room with seats for everyone. It is conveniently located near many restaurants and store, and convenient to both Dallas and Fort Worth. Enjoyed our Fall break.

Solid & Clean-but could use some updates 💜
My Adult kids and their spouses stayed 2 nights. Place was clean and had everything needed. Definitely could use some updating and a refresh for the price. Felt like someone's parents lived their previously. My lesson learned was that I did not make sure the pool was heated.... But that's on me. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we were comfortable 😊.

Quinceanera trip
This was a nice property with plenty of space if you needed to find a quiet space. It was to cool for the pool, but the outside area was a nice place to hang out. We had a couple of babies, and it was well equipped with the pack and plays and even a walker that my grandchildren loved.

Graduation Celebration
We came to TX for my nieces high school graduation. The house was amazing and great for our family and a few friends to celebrate the new graduate. The pool was very refreshing and in use multiple times a day. The house had everything we needed. My mother-in-law has a hard time walking long distances and the house was great for her to get in and around without issue. We had a couple of questions for Kyle and he was super responsive and made sure not to be intrusive with our stay. So I am from Colorado and I have to say one of the highlights for me was the giant Magnolia tree in the front that was blooming. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Softball tournament
Some friends and I went down for a softball tourney and this place accommodated the whole team and we still had some room if need be. Very clean and the management is very easy to get ahold and work with if you need anything! Would definitely recommend staying here and will be back again!

State Fair getaway

Texas Get Away
My stay with family was a brief 2 nights centered around a Texas Rangers game for daughters birthday. House was clean and check-in responses were all helpful. Backyard pool was the center of our attention, lack of clean floats was a bit disappointing. There were plenty of floats deflated in the pool box that were extremely dirty and unusable. All in all it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend for anyone interested.

Family Weekend Poolside!
My family & my husband's family enjoyed a weekend at the pool. The house had plenty of room for 8. They were very accommodating & the manager promptly answered all questions. Great neighborhood too! Would definitely stay again!

Wedding Weekend
Great property and hosts were very nice and helpful. We needed an early check-in at the last minute and they were accommodating with that! The smoke detector needed a new battery and was 'chirping' constantly; they took care of that in a timely fashion. The house was very clean, beautiful kitchen and living room. My husband used the office space a lot, so that was great. the beds in the three downstairs bedrooms were comfortable. The backyard was as pictured--very nice covered sitting area and the pool was clean. Indoors: missing were hand towels & shower mats/bathroom rugs. These are essential bathroom items; cold, slippery tile is dangerous and there are hand towel rings, so why not provide towels? Just a suggestion. The biggest problem with this house is the fourth bedroom upstairs... the twin beds are juvenile sized, not actual real twin beds for grown-up adults. Our guests were all big, tall and full grown adults. In the photos online, you can't really tell that they're little tiny beds. The host provided a brand new full-sized airbed, but that didn't work for our guests. One couple left and went to a hotel. Made me very sad. Real beds upstairs would be my suggestion! Again, the hosts were great!

DFW FIVE STAR
We were in town for the World Championship Steak Cook off. We needed a place to accommodate 6 adults, two teenage girls, and a infant under the age of one. This was the perfect choice. It was an easy commute to the Fairgrounds down town. The evenings were quiet with the exception of a neighborhood dog barking. The weather was still a bit cool for the adults to swim but the teenagers managed to enjoy the pool area and when not in the pool they enjoyed the game room up stairs and a ride or two about the neighborhood on the tandem bike. A couple of us were a bit under the weather and the convenience of a grocery and pharmacy within blocks. Was a blessing.
