Family Vacation

Awesome house and property for a large family gathering. I don't see how there could be a better property on this lake when you consider the large space, great views, pool, hot tub and covered boat dock for fishing or watercraft. This was our second time here with a group of 16 people and will be coming back again in the future.

Wonderful. We are repeat guests, and the grandkids love the place. It is an absolutely beautiful location. The house is designed for easy living. Has private areas and gathering areas. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and utensils. Pool was cleaned twice while we were there for a week.

Pelican Point Paradise

Pelican Point was the perfect location for our annual family lake trip. The home is beautiful, spacious and well appointed. Amazing well equipped kitchen with ample dining and living space. The pool and waterfront were big hits.

Great stay! House is beautiful & spacious and our family enjoyed staying there. Outdoor pool area is nice with plenty of room for all of us to relax and enjoy. The boat dock is large. We were able to bring our boat and jet skis. Bill and Jerry were very easy to communicate with. Will be back next year!

Spacious Greene Retreat Home!

The place that has it all. Room for large family to never feel on top of each other. Constant fun for all ages to enjoy the days and the nights. Well-kept landscaping surrounding a spread out, awesomely structured home. Even if you have complaints, this place makes you happy! Highly recommend anyone with a large family from 62 to 4 years of age, its hard to beat:)

Wonderful retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was large enough to easily accommodate our family gathering of 11. There are large living and dining spaces. We enjoyed being next to the lake though this isn’t the best time of year to enjoy the lake itself. We will definitely return if the need arises again.

Perfect for big groups

This is our third consecutive year staying at this perfect house. We are a group of approximately 20 to 25 women who all went to school together. We’re now in our late 60s early 70s. We love having a place that has plenty of room for us to all gather together and has comfortable sleeping arrangements. This house is perfect for that. The property manager and owner are great to deal with and the house works so well for a large group. Highly recommend.

Perfect house for a party

We were a group of 15 that stayed in the house and we hosted a birthday party for about 50. The house was amazing and very well stocked. So many indoor and outdoor spots to spread out in. The pool was awesome and the lake was gorgeous. Jerry and Bill were very easy to communicate with and helpful with recommendations. Highly recommend this house.

Wow

The house is huge and well kept. Storm damage had happened a month prior, but it had been repaired or was in process. Jerry was very helpful at the check in. We kept our boat at the dock, and all went well. Pool staff cleaned the pool and hot tub twice while we were there. Kitchen is well stocked. Two sinks, two islands, two dishwashers. Our combined families had a great time. The only issue was with wi-fi, but in some ways that was a blessing as it got the teenagers involved in other activities. :)

Fam Camp

This was our third time to stay and it did not disappoint. It's a great place for a large group and handled us inside the house when hurricane Beryl came through. That huge kitchen is wonderful for preparing meals for a large group. We have always been able to call Jerry when we have a question and he is always promptly responsive. Thanks!

Perfect for a Family Reunion

Beautiful home right on the lake in a very private area. Enough bedrooms, bathrooms and communal space for everyone. Kids love fishing off the dock in the boathouse.

Third time back

The title says it all, right?! Great house in a great location. It is a four generation trip; we take our parents, kids and grandkids. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and also wonderful spaces for gathering. We always get a puzzle done in the family room and have one meal a day in the large dining room with everyone together. Lots of swimming, both in the pool in and the lake. Peaceful mornings and evenings kayaking the nearby coves. Thanks!

Great for family reunion

The property was beautiful and large and accommodated 21 of us. Kitchen had a large amount of serving platter and all that you would need in a kitchen. Loved the big windows and plenty of seating areas. We did have a few hiccups due to the weather and storms but Jerry, the manager, worked with us as well as possible. Wifi never really worked because the past tornado. But we were lucky to have a few hot spots amongst our group and we didn't spend much time on phones/computers. I agree w the past reviews -- be sure and bring extra toilet paper and paper towels, etc. All in all, we had a wonderful time on this property.
