Great vacation stay!
Perfect location and home for our Fredericksburg vacation with family. The home was nice and comfortable with everything you need. The outdoor amenities were awesome; we enjoyed the pool, hot tub and seating area which is exactly what we were looking for to spend time with family members. Owners were easily accessible and availble if needed. Would definitely stay here again!

It was a nice well furnished home with very comfy beds !! It has all the extras plenty of towels for the poll They have extra bedding pillows throw blankets I could keep going They had a nice little relaxing shelf in one of the room we used the heated neck pillow’s and a neck massager (we ordered one) my husband loved it All the extra are really nice you can’t forget anything at home they have it all

Hotel-Like Experience in a Fun Home
My friends and I stayed here for my bachelorette party, and we had an absolute blast. The house is filled with games and costumes, adding an extra layer of fun to our stay. The pool and grill were fantastic perks that we thoroughly enjoyed. The setup was impressively hotel-like, which was a pleasant surprise. The property owner was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely return.

Wonderful Get Away!
Property was clean and inviting. The pool was the cherry on top of an inviting atmosphere for both older adults and two ten year olds. The colors were vibrant and happy and there were touches everywhere encouraging a memorable stay. The notes left by the owners were not telling us what NOT to do but encouraging us to enjoy everything available in the home. We were so comfortable and will definitely be back!

Perfect Location and Stay
We really enjoyed this Vrbo! Our three kids enjoyed having their own rooms, and swimming every day. My wife and I loved how clean the place was, how well organized it was, and how well stocked the amenities were. with all that said, possibly the best part of this day was the location! The town is really cool with lots of bars, restaurants, live music, shopping, and wineries. It’s located about an hour from San Antonio, an hour and a half from Austin, and it’s right in the middle of Hill country with plenty of opportunity for hiking and outdoor adventures. This gave us amazing day trips. I would highly recommend!

We had an amazing time ,even though the weather was not what we hoped for the pool and hot tub were still warm. Plenty of towels and space for our three kids. Dress up clothes and toys were a plus for our kid. I would definitely recommend this property . Terry was very communicative . Can't complain ! It was awesome

Backyard heaven
This rental has an amazing heated pool and the largest hot tub I have ever seen that wasn't built into a pool - Lots of different outdoor sitting areas - The fire pit was just right for an unexpected cold night - The house was close to Main street and easy to find - The owners were amazing - They contacted me back quickly whenever I had a question before we arrived - After our first night we had a small issue - Called the rental manager - She came over in 30 mins and had the matter solved with a smile - We did have to explain to our 7 and 4 year old grands what '5 o'clock somewhere' means - Ha ha - They now tell everyone

Wonderful single story home for families. The outdoor area is what sets this home apart from others. Heated pool and plenty of outdoor dining space make this a great home to unwind outside.

This house has so much character, felt homey and made for the greatest weekend. We loved using the front living room for interactive game nights. We were able to cook together , r&r in the hot tub & use the heated pool. Our group LOVED this place and will be booking again. Terry was wonderful to work with and was very responsive and personable.

What a fun property! Everything and anything you could ever need. Literally everything. So many fun touches and the host has created an environment for fun! Perfect Family Resort
Plenty a room for everyone to spread out, but also get together and play games. The hot tub, the fire pit, and the pool give it a resort feel and really made you feel like you were on vacation. The owners stayed in contact personally. The home is so well thought out and well appointed.

35th Birthday Trip
I had a wonderful trip to Fredericksburg and Terry was the perfect host. She has put so much thought into making your experience one to remember. She had suggestions for restaurants and different activities around town, she also had everything you needed for your stay. I wish we could have stayed a little longer but will definitely be booking with Terry on our next trip.

Great place for a family gathering!
We stayed for 4 nights with five adult children and two young grandchildren and the place was perfect. There were plenty of places to gather, and although we only had one warm day to spend outside, on the cooler days we used the hot tub and found indoor activities to keep us busy. The dress up clothes and toys made it easy to entertain the little ones, and the multiple bedrooms gave us room without feeling crowded. We were close enough to town that we could walk, which made it easy for family members to split into small groups and see some of Fredericksburg, enjoying the playground with the kids or exploring the shops and wineries. The kitchen was well equipped, and the home was stocked with shampoo & conditioner, soap, toothpaste, foot cream, facial products, and everything you need for a relaxing vacation. We would highly recommend this property, especially for a family group with varied ages.
