This property was amazing. Every piece of the property was perfectly curated. No detail left untouched. We spent alot of time at the property because it was so luxurious and close to EVERYTHING. Cafes up the street, right off Main Street, quiet. We will definitely book Porchlight again.

So quiet and relaxing, yet close to downtown. Loved the bathroom with hug soaking tub and separate shower. Double sinks made it easy for both of us to get ready. Definitely returning to stay again.

Minimalist Dream Place
This was the perfect getaway for me and my husband. Beautiful room, with minimal clutter. Bath tub and shower were the absolute best as well as the outdoor atmosphere. We did have a wasp nest by the hot tub but when I called to tell them someone was over in less than 10 minutes to knock it down. They were efficient and took care of everything right away. We would definitely love to come back!

Casual comfort
This was our first visit to Fredericksburg. This location is perfect for walking to all the tourist shops on Main Street. It is quiet, clean, and very affordable! I appreciated the ease of communication with the property owners. I would have liked more storage areas/shelves in the bathroom area for toiletries, towels, and clean clothes when showering; even in the shower(for razors, washcloths, etc.). Also, they should have plastic wine glasses for the hot tub. However, these were minor inconveniences and we absolutely loved this apartment and would stay here again in the future.

Cute and Convenient
The space was super cute and the amenities were accommodating. First time in Fredericksburg and made a good decision booking here as the location is so convenient to walk a block and be on main street! Also loved the hot tub and TV setup! Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Property
Our unit was perfect! We stayed in Unit 5 and it was beautifully decorated down to the finish of the floors! Every detail was so perfect and relaxing and the perfect amount of space for a romantic getaway for 2. The communication with the property manager was fantastic! Any and every question was answered in a quick and helpful manner. Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect marriage retreat
We take 1 night and 2 days to work through a DIY marriage retreat at the end of each year for the past 2 years. We have stayed with porch light hospitality both times and we highly recommend their properties. Clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable, peaceful, romantic, centrally located for walking to town, yet quiet and private. They were very responsive and understanding when I reached out to them regarding adjust our dates due to our daughter being sick. They gave be some options, recommended trip ins, but ultimately we were able to still go and enjoy our stay. Don’t stay anywhere else when visiting Fredericksburg!

We have stayed twice at this property at two different cottages within this property. This is by far the BEST place to stay in Fredericksburg. You won't be disappointed. Very upscale

Weekend Getaway
Stayed in Unit #5, It is a newer unit and was clean and just as advertised. It's quaint and out of the way and very private, which we liked. Wish this unit had an oversized chair or loveseat where two people could sit together and watch TV. But I understand space is at a premium. Large bath was very nice but water pressure in the shower could be stronger. Also, a little more privacy with the toilet would be nice. Patio with the private hot tub was awesome! Convenient to downtown but a little too far for this 70 yr old to walk but there are restaurants and a museum within walking distance for me. We loved our stay and will be back. Maybe next time we will try out one of the other units. Management was quick to respond to any questions and very accomodating. I give them two thumbs up!

Great Place!!
Really enjoying staying in this modern done VRBO. Everything was very tastefully done, it had all the modern amenities including USB plugs everywhere. It also had fresh ground coffee to use each morning in jars which is a huge plus for us coffee drinkers. Had a small issue but their customer service jumped right on it and had it taken care of very quickly. Great place to stay and will stay here again!
