Peaceful getaway
The house was very unique. Tucked away in a neighborhood just minutes from town. Would definitely rent again if the house was available. The deck was perfect nights by the fire. My wife and I enjoyed drinking coffee each morning from the balcony. Just a nice relaxing getaway.

Spring Break Stay
Wonderful house for my family of 6 and dog. Lots of areas inside and outside to gather together or find a private place to read. I especially loved the outside patio and the balcony off the kitchen. The only negative for me was the proximity of a large electric station and cell tower.

Less than 10 minutes to town
We stayed at Ramona’s property for my birthday. We had 9 people. There was plenty of room, the property was clean, and we loved how unique it was. The outdoor patio was a really neat hang out spot. The property was also less than 10 minutes from town which was a huge plus for us! Ramona was excellent at communicating and answering all of my many questions. Thank you Ramona!

Wonderful sisters visit
We have been meeting yearly for 21 years and this was one of our favorite. Beautiful spacious property, good location and gracious host. Plenty of room for the four of us and lovely deck for evening visiting.

Greeted by a scorpion & spiders upon entry. Toilet had a continuous stream of water running early Saturday morning, unable to reach Ramona for hours. Finally answered our text & got someone out after 5 pm. We left first thing Sunday morning!!

Birthday Vacation
My best friend and I have birthdays two weeks apart. We typically try to do something in between to celebrate. This year, the weekend of my birthday was the only time our families could all get together. We had a lovely time in Fredricksburg. The home was cozy and was just excellent for our two families.

Lovely home with all ameneties.
Wonderful experience for a women's retreat. Evenings and morning on the patio and deck area was exactly what we needed. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of room to gather and visit.

Bachelorette party
We booked this house for my cousin’s bachelorette party! The house has so much character and charm. We loved the big open living room and the porch was awesome. Great for drinking wine, chatting and games with all 9 of us. The beds were very comfortable also. There are technically 5 twin and 2 king beds so we all had a spot. One twin is in the hall at the top of the stairs. Only downfall was that it’s not within walking distance of town so we had to drive every time we went out. Fortunately it’s only 7 minutes from the main strip of town! Would totally come back! The house is adorable and does have a villa feel to it!

New Years getaway
My wife, our friend and our dog and I had a great relaxing NewYears weekend in Fredericksburg. The house is maybe a mile from Main Street and very convenient. The house does have a lot of stairs so be aware if anyone has mobility concerns. Pleasant home, well furnished and they even had coffee and filters in the pantry. We enjoyed the outdoor patio and the dog loved seeing the deer on her walks.

Plenty of room for 6 of us and the dogs. House was well stocked and met our needs. Enjoyed being away from town. Host (Ramona) was very responsive to questions — note questions were on details of house, we did not have any issues when at house

Girls Weekend Getaway
My friends and I had a wonderful stay. All seven of us had our own bed! There was room for everyone to have their own space and enjoy being together. My friend lost her watch. Rhonda and her team found the watch and had it mailed back to her. We would definitely stay here again!

Property is ok, but needs some TLC. Decks are great and there are plenty of beds for a large group to stay. Read the description closely—we weren’t prepared for a full concrete staircase immediately upon opening the front door, and had to replan how we were bringing items into the house.

Villa vacation
The property was very clean and spacious. The owner was extremely accommodating and quick to answer any questions. The area was close to town, but it was nice to be away from downtown. I would definitely recommend this rental, and would rent it again.
