"Here for the week of Thanksgiving. Property just as pictured, communication with owner was perfect. Everything you need for cooking your on meals is stocked in the kitchen. We used the Blackstone on the deck often. Ate dinner at the Waterside a couple nights the food there is excellent. Sat on the dock watched the sun sets. Would book again."

"We had a great time at the house and on the lake. The dock was perfect for swimming and the house came with lots of water toys- kayaks, peddlebaord, and stand up paddle board. Cove was quiet so it was great for swimming. House was set up nicely"

"Super clean, extremely well appointed, speedy internet. Very comfortable for my family of 5 plus dog. They even blew all the leaves away from the firepit area so we could enjoy. Everything was in good working order and well stocked with supplies. We did not bring a boat so I can't speak to the ramp, but the house was great. Wish all VRBO properties were this good! "

"This is our 3rd year staying in the Lake Gaston area during Thanksgiving that it has become our family tradition. Our first time staying at Tequila Sunrise, and it was so nice. We enjoyed the property, especially the lake and amazing sunsets. Having our coffee and tea on the covered porch was enjoyable, and amazing star gazing on the dock was a highlight. "Large bedrooms with king beds, nice walk in shower in the main en suite bath.Plenty of room for two families of 4. The kitchen is well appointed and perhaps a little small, but pretty workable for a short term rental. We did not swim, but the dock offers afternoon shade and a nice place to enjoy the lake view. "
