When first entering the property, it seemed ok. However, after a closer look it just seems like we were the guests that the host forgot were coming. There was one washcloth to share between 4 adults, the coffee pot still had coffee grounds from the previous renter, the pans were dirty and needed to be cleaned prior to using, the fridge and freezer had crumbs and spilled liquid frozen at the bottom, towels looked like rags, there are no nightstands next to any of the beds, the one fan provided was covered in dust, the screen for the bedroom was on the ground outside, there were large spiders all over the interior of the cabin (I grew up on a farm and am accustomed to this, but a small perimeter spray would help a lot), there was only a dirty used sponge for dishes (no dishcloth provided-had to use a dish towel), the stools for the island were so short that my chin could rest on the counter when sitting, the internet wires/modems/etc were just sitting on the floor in a pile next to the dining table, there was a dirty washcloth at the foot of our bed, there was dust and grime on surfaces that weren’t used regularly, no towel rack or toilet paper holder in the upstairs bathroom-just a bunch of partially used rolls of toilet paper on a dresser, dishes looked like kids dishes. This place has so much potential…all it really needs is a couple hundred dollars and a day or two to just put the finishing touches on to make this place worth the money spent.
