"Ehrlich gesagt, war ich gar in dem Hotel und hatte als Kunde, der Hotels.com seit vielen Jahren nutzt gedacht ich könnte stornieren. Weder ist ein Mitarbeiter erreichbar noch hilft der "virtuelle Assistent" weiter. Wartezeiten von 30 Minuten plus x sind keine Seltenheit ...um dann irgendeine belanglose ..."

"Mega Unterkunft ! Problemloses einchecken , Besitzer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit , tolle Landschaften, alles da was man braucht, um sich ein paar schöne Abende zu machen zum Kochen zum chillen und vielleicht später noch einen Gang in die hauseigene Sauna !
