It's charming, with a spacious living area that opens up to a very large backyard that we definitely took advantage of to relax with a glass of wine, and play some ping-pong too. "We loved our time at the Palisade River Ranch. The location felt quiet and secluded but was close to the fruit stands, wineries and restaurants in Palisade. The property was lovely with its ponds, short walk to the Colorado River and views of the book cliffs. Farm fresh eggs were such a treat. Highly recommend and and plan to come back some day."

"We loved the house! Very spacious and clean! There were 8 of us here for a family wedding. Every couple had a bedroom and the 3 bathrooms made it easy for everyone to get ready. We also had our little dog and the backyard was fenced, so easy when he needed to go out. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook. I would definitely recommend this house."

"Booked this property, again this year, for our annual Palisade trip. This is a great property! Plenty of room. Comfortable and nicely decorated. Plenty of pots and pans, place settings, and utensils, etc. Nice neighborhood and parking in the garage is great. Close to wineries, the Colorado National Monument and downtown Palisade-cute shops. This was a repeat stay at this property. "

"This is a beautiful home with charming decor. A rural setting w/amazing views outside every window! We spent our days shopping and visiting local farms for fresh produce, especially peaches. Enjoyed visiting some wineries and then sipping the local wines while watching the beautiful sunsets of the valley. Our host Jean gave us great suggestions of what to see and do and was very responsive to a couple of questions we had about the house after checking-in. Would definitely stay here again! Tracey...
