"This is such a cosy house! I adore the floor plan, the huge backyard, the front porch! I personally love hearing the far away trains passing by, definitely not an obnoxious sound just peaceful. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe! We were able to bake my 4 year olds cake and celebrate his birthday! It's right between richmond and Fort Lee/Fort Gregg-Adams so its a very minimal commute whicever direction. We qould definitely stay here again!"

"We stayed 3 nights for bike riding on the Virginia-Capital Trail. The location is almost mid-way between Richmond and Williamsburg, directly across from the trail on the John Tyler Memorial Hwy. The amenities were just right: a good sleep, hot shower, comfortable living room for reading or TV. The kitchen/living room makes eating-in easy, but there are also local eateries that provide good, classical food. If you’re into bike riding, this mid-way location will allow you to cover a lot of ground...

Essentials were provided like shampoo, body wash, and conditioner in the bathrooms as well as sugar, coffee and tea in the kitchen. We needed assistance once and the host helped us out immediately. "My teenage son and I stayed here for a 4 day swim meet at SwimRva which was conveniently about 5 minutes away. The basement apartment was very clean and extremely well put put together!. The apartment was comfortable and my son certainly enjoyed the video games on the giant tv! Sharon was extremely communicative and even left out snacks for us every morning! I would highly recommend this property!"

"We were notified 10 min before leaving that there was a mix up in reservation. We had to be put elsewhere or cancel. A total bait and switch scheme. Dirty, couldn't even use one of the beds. Just awful. If this is an example of what VRBO has for property "landlords" VRBO is not doing their follow up well. I am fearful of using VRBO again"
