Disneyland Trip!
We enjoyed our stay at this property. We were there for over a week on a family Disneyland vacation. When we weren’t at the park we were enjoying the heated pool, jacuzzi and game room. We’d stay here again. We loved how close it was to Disneyland.

Awesome location to Disneyland
This place was clean, the hot tub warms up quickly and pool was comfortably heated. Quick 10 minute Uber to Disneyland. We did our best to follow the rules, it wasn’t difficult since we were not back until late at night and would go to bed right away. Super nice having the kitchen and laundry while on vacation. We would stay here again.

Great house super close to Disney!
Our family enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and game room for our Disney trip! The house had everything we need and plenty of space for my Wife and two daughters. I would highly recommend this house and will be rebooking for our next trip to Disney!

Nice place to stay.
Great location for Knotts Berry Farm. On a fairly busy street so traffic noise is noticeable but fades out at night. Very clean and well stocked. L.A. traffic is horrible!

Disneyland vacation
This home was a perfect setting for a family vacation of fun! Communication was excellent! Got to check in early, easy pay per hour early or late check in or out! Family going to Disneyland, this house provides everything you need for your comfort, especially the pool for afternoons or evening! I rate this house 5+ stars, coming back next year!!!!! Thanks for an amazing stay and communication!

Beautiful, well kept house
The property was exactly as advertised. The pool and Jacuzzi were excellent. The amenities were also good and the managers were very quick to reply to questions from me. Also, turnaround was quick to bring us ice trays(which were oldly missing from the freezer). Extremely well maintained. The only drawback was the pool door alarm. There was no external switch that we could find which made gojngin and out an anxiety riddled affair. Also there were a lot of posted rules. This added more anxiety to the whole family. Ease up a bit. We GET there are rules. But overall a great home. Worth the money.

Disney vacation
The house was perfectly located for our trip to Disney and on a pretty decent street. The house was clean and very comfortable and had all of the amenities we needed. The check in and check out processes were super easy. There were a couple minor issues such as the dryer having to be shook to turn on and the bypass button on the alarm not working until we switched the plugs, but we figured those both out quickly and it wasn’t a problem. I really appreciated the alarm going out to the pool as we had our 6 year old with us. My only major complaint was that the child safety lock from the game room to the pool was locked and we were not provided a key. When I asked for assistance on how to get the door open o was told how to open the latch, but again it was locked so we were unable to open the door which wouldn’t be an issue but it was way too hot to use the game room with the door closed and because of the quiet hours we weren’t allowed to use the game room after 10 when it would start to cool off. This was disappointing as the game room was one of the major reasons we picked this house for our trip. Overall, we loved the house and would gladly stay here again.

Excellent 3-week stay
On vacation from Scotland, we very much enjoyed a 3-week stay at this property. The villa was ideal for our needs - my wife and I in our 60s, our daughter and her husband in their 40s, and our 8-year-old grandson. Location was great for Disney, and the pool was a great hit with us all. The home had everything we could possibly need, and we had only had a couple of fairly minor issues, both of which were resolved quickly and efficiently. If our travels take us back to Southern California, we would not hesitate to stay here a agin.

Convenient Stay
Great location for convenience if going to Disney, lot's of accommodations within 5min of property. Struggled a bit getting in since a code for one lock was lost in all the emails. I didn’t like all the emails and book of rules and instructions made my stay feel more stressful. Another downside which should be put in the listing is that the game room, pool and hot tub are only 9am - 10pm which was the one thing we wanted after a long day of exploring. Lastly the alarm to the door for the pool was absolutely horrible. Beside that downfall, we only enjoyed the home for sleep. Wish we could have enjoyed the perks after 10pm. Home was clean and had many amenities.

Wonderful House & Pool but not ADA Friendly
I absolutely loved the house and the pool but had my 87 year old mother with me. She is not able to climb starts so we had to left her up into the house and in/out of the pool. Other than that, if I am back in the area, I will definitely rent the same house.

Clean house close to Disneyland
The house was very clean, and had plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, toiletries, and kitchen amenities. Check-in and out was smooth, and the property was as described. It's about a 15 minute drive to Disneyland, which is super nice. The pool and hot tub were nice, but having to be inside by 10p is really inconvenient while on vacation. I understand quiet time at 10p, but I feel like we should have been able to use the hot tub and pool as late as we want, as long as we were quiet. This is the reason for only 3 stars on my location/neighborhood rating. The rules say the a/c unit in the house cannot be set lower than 72 degrees, but the a/c struggled to keep it that temp. It was always hotter. Also, the tub/shower in the main bathroom was very slick. My mother who was traveling with us almost fell, so we didn't use that shower the rest of the trip. A non-slip mat will be an easy fix to that issue.

Awesome stay for Disneyland!
This house was awesome and exactly as advertised! Very clean. We had such a great time in the pool/hot tub. Also if you are a family with little ones this is the place to book for Disney. We went for 2 days and each day we came home mid day for a break before returning to the park for the evening. I timed it from when we left the gate at the park, went to the parking garage, and pulled in the driveway….just under 30 mins. The drive to the park is only about 13(riding a short tram and walking to the car took the other 17 mins ). Pool alarm took some getting used to and could be tough to reach if you are short, but it gave us peace of mind with our daughter who wanted to swim 24/7. House was fully stocked with towels, laundry, kitchen, and bathroom supplies which was a nice touch. We also hit up several close restaurants and found that there was a Target and grocery store within a few minute drive. We would definitely book here again!

Pool for the win.
Overall good. Pool was a hit for my family. There was an extreme amount of rules to follow. More than I've ever seen. And it seemed like a ton of ways to lose deposit or get fined. Maybe some of that is just LA and California but it was tough to navigate. Just beware it's a ton of paperwork.

Nice spot for a Disney trip!
Pros: Clean: The property was exceptionally clean, and everything was well-organized. It’s always a relief to land in a clean space a day of travel. Quality Amenities: High-quality amenities provided. From dishes to towels, everything felt premium and not cheap. Hot Tub and Pool: The hot tub and pool were well-maintained and a great way to unwind after a long day. Convenient Location: The apartment’s location was fantastic. Disney, Knottsberry Farms, Target, and Walmart were all within a short drive. Universal and beaches were more of a hike. Cons: Strict Rules: Unfortunately, the property had strict rules. Cameras and sensors monitored compliance to even have a quiet sit in the hot tub after 10 PM. To be fair they didn't hide these details, it's just a bigger deal than I thought it would be. Bunk bed safety: If you have children, be cautious about the bunk beds. There were no guards on the top bunk, and our kids fell out of the bottom bunk. Thankfully, they weren’t on the top level. Low Water Pressure and Smoke Alarms: One of the bathrooms had low water pressure, which was frustrating. Additionally, using the stove triggered the smoke alarms. Communication Issues: The most significant frustration was communication. While initial interactions were prompt, questions about hidden fees (totaling $400) went unanswered. Lack of transparency around costs was disappointing.

The house was simply fantastic! It comfortably accommodated our group of 12 with no issues. The kitchen was generously stocked, and the cleanliness of the place was commendable. Its central location allowed for easy access to everything. The house rules were a bit extensive but understandable given the standard of the property. Overall, we loved staying here and would surely return.
