"The property is small as advertised but fit my daughter and I just fine. It was a great location for the NCAAW games we were there for and everything we did over the 3 days was easily walkable and rideable with the Cardinal bikes. The only downside is thin walls between units but thankfully it neighbors must've been gone the first 2 nights as we only heard them or last night."

"So cute!! We were there to see Twenty One Pilots. Unfortunately the weather was not great (rain) but I was able to take a walk from the property and it was great. Very nice area with gorgeous homes with lots of character. It was just what we needed. Also, loved the books that were available especially the signed copy of a boat book centered around the Harker's Island area! Charming little place!! Denise & Terry Kuhn"

"Neighborhood is beautiful. Apartment was clean. But the listing was very inaccurate. 1. Says it sleeps 4, but only sleeps 3 (futon is too small for two people). 2. Says there is pool access, but there was no information on how to use it. I sent two separate messages asking for it with no response. 3. Communication was terrible. Received no response after sending two messages."

"We visited for the Hopscotch Music Festival and probably couldn’t have found a better place to stay. The studio is very cute, comfortable, and makes great use of a small space. It’s a short walk to downtown and nearby restaurants. The owner was very kind and responsive and we felt very welcome. Highly recommended!"

"I was in Raleigh to cover a couple of college football games and this place more than served my needs. It's a bit small, but with it just being me that was fine. The bed was comfortable, check-in was easy and any question I had Natalia answered quickly. The freeway was nearby so trips into downtown Raleigh were very easy. The only negative I have is that the parking lot got loud at night from people outside talking/yelling. But that is beyond Natalia's control. I would stay here again. "

"The studio was exactly as pictured and described. Perfect amount of space for me. Clean and comfortable and near my Family in a nice, quiet Neighborhood. The owner kindly let me check in earlier than the normal 4PM time. I would definitely stay here again !"

"When we arrived at the rental after a long day of driving, it hadn’t been cleaned. We just wanted to rest and it was a little disappointing. However when we contacted the host, we received an immediate response and the cleaner arrived a short time later. We went out for a walk and everything was taken care of by the time we returned. The host seemed genuinely concerned, communicated extremely well, and even comped us a meal for our troubles. We found some good food nearby, and enjoyed our stay...

"My stay here was phenomenal. The mattress sleeps like a beauty! I felt like I was floating on a cloud. The black out curtains made the stay even better. I enjoyed how hot the shower water got. The only thing I didnt like was finding parking after 8:30pm. This weekend was a very busy weekend and the city was filled with excitement and guest. Over all I would rate this stay a 9/10. I would definitely stay again! And McDonald’s is right next door 😂"
