"We travel to Orlando a few times a year and haven’t found a place we have been as happy with as this one! The property was VERY clean and easy to find! Not far from Disney world and all the places we go too. The pool was perfect for our kids they stayed out there most of the time. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. "We had a wonderful time! House was plenty big to sleep all of us (20) comfortably. Had a good supply of everything we needed. Clubhouse was very nice also. Host was great about answering questions quickly. Hope to do it again one day!"

"A week before arrival I received a text from the owner explaining there had been a flood and unfortunately the home would not be repaired from the flood u til after our stay. She immediately gave us options of available houses in their neighborhood that she was willing to transfer us over . "The house was amazing the community it was in was super nice. The only thing that i would have a complaint about is they didnt have enough washcloths or towels suited for a villa housing 8. Other than that it was amazing. If your traveling with kids jus fyi the pond thats in the backyard will have alligators. We had one chilling there every day, so i didnt allow my kids outside the gate, but it was pretty cool to see."

"Overall this was a great stay. It could’ve been a bit cleaner like the bathroom rugs didn’t looked washed. Ants in the guest bathroom. I had to call several times for minor things. Pool key, pack and play, etc. There should be a welcome list for guests. The address took me to the back entrance which was a bit annoying so that should be stated in arrival instructions. We wanted to ride the bikes but tires were flat. I would recommend this play to family and friend."

"The layout of this house is amazing. I loved the number of bedrooms and bathrooms for our 2 families. We enjoyed having a pool/hot tub at the house. My only complaint is that the kitchen is very poorly stocked. I would love to see it stocked with cooking pans, a griddle and a grill. Maybe some more mixing/serving bowls. Utensils for a grill would have been helpful."

"We truly enjoyed staying in this home. It was spacious,clean, and accommodating to all of us. This house was in the Champion Gate area; very nice area!! It was near alot of the places we visit. "The house was the perfect size to fit 30 adults, our 25 lacrosse players and 5 coaches! The pool and hot tub were lovely! The house was clean and tidy! We loved the location and the neighborhood! The dishwashers were not very strong and barely cleaned the dishes. Some of the furniture seemed worn, outdated, peeling, etc. The carpets upstairs had some stains and need a deep clean. All and all it was a lovely stay!"
