Details need some attention
7 women on a weekend Christmas shopping trip were able to be comfortable in the house. Someone with an eye for details does need to go through the house and clean the corners and cobwebs. Also the wrong paint was used on the trim and doors, so the paint is peeling off. An overlooked detail was that we were staying 2 nights and there was only one washcloth for each person and no extras in the bathrooms. We also didn't have extra toilet paper and ran out, and couldn't find any extra anywhere in the house. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and easy to find. The beds were comfortable. Overall, we were comfortable, but a few details looked into, could make for a better stay for someone. oors, so its now peeling iff

The area and yard were lovely. The house had ants in kitchen, peeling paint on doors, black mold in master shower, damp and very few towels and only 2 coffee cups. This house could very easily be a great home. It just needs some tlc.

Short stay
My family checked in on Saturday & the hot tub was much smaller than it appeared online in the listing, my fault, I should have checked it over, but also it was cold when we arrived & it took about 15 hours for it to get up to temperature so I was a little disappointed that the kids didn’t get to play in it as much as I’d liked. We found a couple dirty socks under beds & a couple pieces of trash, but nothing terrible. Otherwise the house was very clean and tidy. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac, which was very nice for our family. The rooms were nicely sized, especially the master which was very roomy! Beds were nice as well. The master bath was also really nice and big. It was close to parks, grocery stores, restaurants, etc, so we enjoyed a nice little trip. Thank you!

Beautiful home!
We went up for a school bass tournament. 3 adults, 6 teenage boys, and 3 trucks pulling bass boats. Plenty of room and plenty of space to park. We enjoyed the stay and to put icing on the cake I actually received the first call ever from a host to check and make sure we enjoyed the stay. That is a major plus in my book!

Quiet and Relaxing
Beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. We brought our two dogs and they felt right at home. The yard is huge and backs up to a wooded area. The king size bed was very comfortable and the master bath is huge. I loved soaking in the claw foot tub. Great water pressure in the super cool shower. The house is only a few miles from Lake Lanier. We were able to take the dogs for a nice walk at a local park(Linwood?) that bordered the lake. The only negative was the doors to the bedrooms didn’t stay closed. We wanted to block the dogs from entering rooms we weren’t needing. We highly recommend this spacious home.

Quaint home nestled in a nice subdivision
We were in town for our daughter's wedding. This home was very convient to the rehearsal and wedding venues. We enjoyed the updated interior amd met out expectations.

Beautiful home
This home was very spacious and located in a quiet neighborhood. The back yard butted against a forest, so we saw deer wandering through. The only suggestions would be to have the house sprayed for bugs and install bars to hang the hand towels on.

Excellent July 4th Rental!
I rented this home for July 4th to be near Lake Lanier rather than driving from Atlanta and back during the holiday weekend. The house was very conveniently located, was extremely clean and tidy when we arrived and had everything we needed during our stay. The towels and linens also smelled amazing. The host was gracious in allowing us an early check-in. We enjoyed the fire pit and back deck. Our pups loved playing in the backyard. I would recommend this property and consider staying here again in the future. The only suggestion for improvement is adding some basic cleaning supplies like clorox wipes or an all-purpose cleaning solution for the kitchen and upgrading the bedding to something a bit more comfortable than microfiber sheets. Overall this was a great stay!

Home Remod
Very nice, immaculately clean home with all of the amenities needed for a very comfortable stay. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood very close to grocery stores, restaurants, the downtown area of Gainesville and Lake Lanier. We were having major remod work done on our current home and needed a place to stay close by. The home was perfect for our needs. The owner is very easy to communicate with and responds very quickly to any questions, needs or issues. We highly recommend this place!!!

Great Location
We really enjoyed the location of the house and the overall layout as well. Awesome kitchen. Cool shower in the Master Bath. There were a few things that needed attention, but overall it was a lovely rental and we highly recommend.

Perfect for what we needed
We were traveling to go to a wedding on Lake Lanier. This place was only a few minutes away and an easy drive to and from all the wedding activities. It was very cold the weekend of our stay but the house was nice and warm. It is very private and quiet. Beds are very comfortable and the walk in shower is phenomenal. We had a great stay and would definitely stay there again if we are in the area. We had a very relaxing stay exactly as we needed.

Large Group of College Students for Pickleball Tournament
I am faculty sponsor of collegiate team. This property was AMAZING. It housed 11 of us - with plenty of room to spare. Everything was immaculate, spacious, clean, beautiful safe neighborhood and easy to communicate with owners. Would recommend and stay there again.
