Great place to stay in Gainesville

This was a great place for a family of 4 to stay! The property was clean and instructions we clear and concise. It was a no hassle, comfortable stay and I would definitely recommend it!! The host was so kind and considerate to our family!

The condo was clean, neat, well furnished, great location and the people in charge were exceptionally friendly and helpful. the noise of the nearby hospital became irrelevant as you got use to it. We will definitely stay there again.

Great Stay for my UF graduation!

My family and I stayed her for my graduation and everyone loved it. Plenty of parking, felt very safe, and great value. I would recommend, great distance to the university.

The location of this property is a bit challenging to find. The pool definitely needs to be cleaned. But over all a very quaint and comfortable little sweet nestled in SW Jacksonville. 10 min cabs to wherever you want to go pretty much, once the cabs and the Ubers actually find ya.

Great location for UF Campus Events

Perfect location for UF Football games! Within walking distance to campus and stadium. Unit was clean and check in/out process was super easy. Thanks for letting us stay.

Great stay and owner

We rented the unit to move our son into his new townhouse off campus at UF. Location was close to campus, clean and reasonably priced. The owners are very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Great place!

First time Vrbo user and they have set the bar high! Great communication , and overall the condo was perfect for our family who was dropping off college student! Beds are comfy, and entire condo is roomy! We’ll be back!

Clean and comfortable condo.

This condo was very comfortable and had a kitchen stocked with all the necessities including seasoning and condiments in case you didn't bring your own. The host was easy to contact and responded quickly to questions and comments. The price was good compared to others.

Great value, close to campus and hospital

If you are looking for a place to stay near the hospitals or UF campus, this was a great value for your money. We stayed in unit H1. It was very clean and comfortable. The bed was better than most hotel beds we've slept on. Nicely furnished and has a Smart TV. Cindy was very responsive to questions/concerns. The complex is old, but does have a pool that is clean and not crowded. We would definitely stay with this host again.

This was a great location from UF. Weekend visit with my daughter. Clean and spacious enough for her n I. There is some road noise near by. I would recommend and stay again.

Convenient to Hospitals

We were in town for a family members operation. This location is an easy walk to the hosiptals (VA & Shands). Unit was clean and nicely stocked. Would reccomend. Responsive host.

Great spot for a trip to Gainesville

We had such a nice time staying in this condo. It is so convenient to get to everything. There is lots of parking (street and lot), and the condo is right next to the pool. It is a little loud with ambulances and helicopters due to it being right next to Shands and the VA hospital, but honestly it's kinda of expected with the location. We felt safe and the condo had everything we needed for an unexpected trip to Gainesville. Would stay here again!
