Family winter getaway
Nice location, close to lots of things to do. Good setup to house. Large space for more than we had. We were disappointed that the hot tub was closed for the winter since it was one reason we picked this location and that was not advertised.

Good older home with boat dock
As the photos indicate, this home is older and outdated. But it was very clean. We did not have a large group, but it would be perfect for one - lots of beds and bedrooms, and two kitchens on multiple levels. Would be great for multiple families. We brought our 22’ power boat and enjoyed the deep water. It’s about a 20-25 minute boat ride to Gainesville Marina, and obviously further to Margaritaville / south end. Not an issue for us; we enjoy cruising. The home is extremely close and convenient to the public boat ramp. The only thing I wish we had known was how steep lake access is. The dock is quite a haul from the house. We made it work, and we would stay here again, but be prepared for a hike when you get off the boat.

Practical space perfect for large groups
We had a large group, and this house worked great for our one week stay. The kitchen was very well equipped for preparing and serving large dinners. We really enjoyed the screened in porch as an additional eating area. We also enjoyed many swims at the dock. The sleeping accommodations were comfortable and plentiful. There was a leak in the utility room and the caretaker quickly responded and got it repaired.

What a great place!
We so enjoyed our time here!! The house is absolutely perfect for families with older children. Having the bottom floor to themselves was perfect. They had everything they needed. The main floor was great for the entire family and we spent every meal enjoying the beautiful dining table. But the sunroom was probably my favorite!! This house is great for large families. So much much to do and the lake is perfect for swimming fishing and just enjoying. What a great house and experience!!! Don’t pass up on this house just because it’s a little dated. It’s really amazing!!!!

Beautiful house
We arrived for our daughterS wedding. The house was fabulous! Being a musician I adored the the piano. It was wonderful to have family coming and going and able to accommodate all sorts of meals and fun. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Lovely time, but could get past the Spiders...
We really enjoyed our stay, the house is nice inside and well kept. We do realize now that the spiders in Georgia are plentiful. This isn't a time to go to the lake. It is very low and the dock is hard to get out onto. We didn't utilize any of the water equipment because of the spiders on the dock. I cleaned the spiders from the back deck 2-3 times in 4 days, they just kept coming back. In talking to people who live in Gainesville, the spiders are just normal around the lake. They do not bite and are just normal for that area.

Great bang for your buck on Lake Lanier
This property was perfect for ourselves and our family. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and a large dining table that seated 10. The location was only a few miles from town and was a convenient home base for exploring NE GA towns.

Amazing Vacation
My family absolutely loved our time here! The boat dock and the amenities were amazing! We never stayed at a lake house property before and I’m so glad this was our first, it did not disappoint! Property owners and caretakers were timely with communication and so easy to work with! Bring your swimsuits and sunscreen because you’re never going to want to leave the water. The screened in patio was great for meals and hanging out.

Great Place!
Would definitely recommend here! I was skeptical at first because of the mixed reviews, but I’m glad we booked! The basement does not smell like mold or mildew, yes the decor is outdated & the picture should be updated to show the current state of the residence. Besides little things here and there, the place was great and the location is very peaceful!

Great place
Our check in was hassle free and the property manager was great. The view was breathtaking beautiful view of the lake. The house was equipped with everything in the kitchen, had several board games, and pool table to enjoy with the family. We used the paddle boat at the lake and it was absolutely perfect. It's a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. We would definitely recommend and rent again.

Misguided
the pictures online are deceptive ; the porches are old , full of large spider webs and leaves , the deck is collapsing by the firepit . The house smells like mildew and is in desperate need of updating , lost in the 70's . When we arrived , the place looked like we weren;'t expected , needs lots of TLC ; no idea what the property manager does ?????

Near Lake Lanier nice hot tub and game room
Our group is not picky. The hot tub, the nice screened in porch and kitchen are pluses. This house does have a mild mold problem that we could smell on our own pillows later (we bring our own) at our own home. House had its hey day in the 80s and is now neglected to the point of be noticeable. Sliding doors very difficult to move. The deck and tiki bar completely un-managed (needed a leaf blower or broom). Clip the plants back so folks can walk on the walkway to the front door (would help). For the price we think it is okay. We enjoyed swimming at the nearby Clarks Bridge Park and Don Carter State Park. Has washer and dryer. Very steep access down to lake cove that does allow boating out to larger lake.

Pleasant stay
Very pleasant stay. Enjoyed the location, being right on the lake. Really enjoyed the hot tub. Plenty of towels, cooking condiments. This place has canoe and paddle boat for use. Has charcoal and gas grills.

A lot of fun at the lake
The house is spacious, and it was very clean. We had a blast at the lake and enjoyed the games/floats/kayaks/etc. provided by the owner - thanks! The kitchen is well-stocked with everything for cooking, and the appliances are in good shape. Lots of spices and condiments. The shower pressure was great too. The house décor is dated, but the reason we don't give it a 5 star review is that there are certain repairs that should have been addressed by the owner, some of which had been mentioned before by other reviewers. There's evidence of water damage and mold/mildew in the lower level, and a musty smell that should be aired out before guests arrive. Overall, though, it didn't prevent us from having a great time, but it was something worth mentioning. Some of the older reviews are way too harsh. If these issues are addressed, it would deserve a 5 star review.

Quiet Vacation Location
Little Circle was an ideal location for a quiet weekend, especially for boating. Being on the north end of Lake Lanier truly does keep the boating traffic down to reasonable levels. Local amenities are close & convenient. We also leveraged the Clark Bridge boat ramp (.8 mile away) for loading/unloading our boat instead of carrying up/down the hill to onsite boat dock.
