"We arrive early from the ferry and no one was speaking English in our tower. Rafa was receptionist in tower 1 and was Amazing helping us move in. "Had a pleasant 2N stay at the hotel. The service from the front reception to bell boy is excellent. Was greeted by Mr Willy who is very friendly and patiently responded to my questions on my room request. Very pleased to note that my room was available before checkin time and my special request has been satisfied. I highly recommend this hotel for it's excellent service, great location and eco friendliness (no use of plastic and having recycling bins at all levels)."
