"We were quite pleased with our stay at the Bancroft Cottage. The accomadations were excellent. The amenities were fine. The cottage was well stocked and supplied with everything one would need for a stay. Even though it was in the heart of the town it was quiet and peaceful. We will most likely be back when we return to Granville in the future. Highly recommended!"

"We rented the house for our family Christmas get-together. We were after a place large enough for everyone to spread out, have personal space, gather together, eat and play games, and have fun. It met every box on our check list. The property was just as described if not even better! The living areas were absolutely amazing - each offering the most amazing view of wide open spaces, sunrise and sunset views! "Charles was very responsive. The houses were spacious. Kids loved the hot tubs. There was plenty of beds and bathrooms for our family of 14. Housekeeping was lacking as the top floor in One of the houses. The floor was covered in dog hair. One of the children was highly allergic to dog hair and woke up with swollen eyes. In that particular side the towels smelled like vomit. We did take care of that immediately since there is a washer and dryer on site. Our wish list, The bedrooms and bathrooms...
