Great Cabin!
We loved our stay! It was super clean, beautiful views and had a lovely fireplace. We also enjoyed the fantastic walking trails in the area. Highly recommend!

Perfect for our needs
Pros-Reasonable price, beautiful home, great location. We would absolutely come back. There were a few minor dissatisfactions such as no outlet covers a broken door in the basement and a few minor things were not cleaned, but overall, it was a very clean comfortable house.

Anniversary/family getaway
This log cabin was purely beautiful and nice and peaceful… what a perfect family getaway… when checking in they had a nice little welcome note with snacks and a bottle of wine… the house was greatly stocked in the kitchen towels blankets games etc.. we will definitely be back again.. thank you for sharing ur beautiful home with us.. it was the perfect getaway

We truly enjoyed our time. The one disappointment was that the ice make was not working and we were not informed about it prior to our stay. Showed up with our adult beverages and had to run out for ice. Home and location were excellent

Great location, close to wedding venue
We had a wedding to attend that was in Apple River. The cabin was nice and close to the venue and easy to find! It’s a nice, quiet area to stay. The cabin was very clean, check-in and checkout were extremely easy! There was also plenty of room for the two couples who stayed and our pack-in-play for our baby. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home in a beautiful setting!
This home was beautiful and perfect for our weekend at apple canyon. The third bedroom isn’t private which was a bit surprising at first but we made it work and it ended up not being an issue. Loved that they had firewood available for a quick bonfire and s’mores. Don’t miss the little side of the road stop that has eggs, corn and little Knick-knacks.

Enjoyed our time with family in this nice house. We were a little disappointed that the amenities were further away. It would be nice to have more information about location of the trails and what is permitted on them. Appreciated the firewood, snacks, and amenities that the association provides.

Wonderful time at the Cabin!
This was our third stay, and will be back. The host is very responsive, and the cabin is warm and spacious. They did some nice renovations since our last stay, and it looks great! We enjoy just hanging out on the porch and/or deck, and always take time to enjoy the lake, and pool as well. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us. Heather

Good space for a family
Very large living/dining area and kitchen. Two bathrooms which was great. Two deck areas with comfortable seating and nice large yard. Works well for family. Could be enclosed more for little children’s early bedtime. Hide a bed option in basement could help. But very nice for family! Beautiful area.
