"We‘ve spent two wonderful weeks with our two year old daughter and our dog. The house is beautifully located in the hills with no direct neighbours. The view is fantastic and we felt immediately at home in this beautiful house. We had a wonderful time and our hosts were just lovely. (We cannot say anything about the pool - except that it is huge - because we were there out of season in March when the pool was closed.)"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks at Villa Flaminio which is ideally located for visiting the beautiful towns of Umbria and Tuscany. My favourite was Assissi - the frescoes in the Basilica are stunning. Also worth a visit are Montepulciano, Cortona and Abruzzo. "The Villa presents even better than in the photos and the grounds are beautifully maintained. Each bedroom we accessed had an ensuite bathroom which just added to the luxe feel. My mature parents could have the one bedroom downstairs which was perfect, all other bedrooms are located upstairs. Worth mentioning the outdoor sun lounges have also been replaced (since the photos) and adds further to the resort feel. Would highly recommend! "

"We had a fabulous week - we were 9 adults. Location was great - 5 minute drive up the hill to Cortona and 5 minute drive to grocery store and train station in Camucia.
