The location of the property was good however the property was very weathered and in poor repair.The stairs to the crows nest were pulling away from the frame. Railing on section of crows nest was not attached. Due to condition of crows nest my family was not able to use it. Picnic table on upper deck had seating boards barely hanging on. Plastic chairs on upper deck were cracked from heat and sun. Bunk room full bed was a black futon. The black mattress appeared dirty, covered with a stained piece of foam padding that was covered with a stained and torn mattress pad. Mattress pad was replaced when property management was contacted. My family did purchased a mattress encasement for the black futon, foam padding and mattress pad because we were concerned about sleeping on it. Property management company was very responsive to our concerns. We were scheduled to stay six nights but only stayed two. I definitely would not recommend this property.
