We had problems with 3 of the beds. Master-uncomfortable, loud, sinks towards middle and hair on sheets. Major stiff neck in morning. 2nd Bedroom full bed was uncomfortable, loud and hard. 3rd Bedroom (2 bunks)-Bottom double bunk broken support rails. TV in main room didn't work. Batteries in one of the remotes didn’t work. When I called about it, I was told to search all drawers, cabinets and closets. I spent a half hour looking for batteries and never found any. Fridge door shelf was loose. 3 outlets in the kitchen didn't work. Remotes were all sticky. Walls have unknown substances stuck to them in various areas. They need to be cleaned. Master shower not a good experience. Needs a new shower head. Water pressure was a lot lower than the guest shower. Also, rock floor was super uncomfortable. Nobody used that shower after my first attempt. Guest Toilet button jammed into down position. Vertical railing slat on the first landing of the stairway is loose at the bottom. Living room fan/light didn't work. Overall, I paid full price for a property that was 50% ready, so I’d l like a 50% refund. Contacted Vacasa almost weekly since check out. They apologized, blamed local staff and haven’t compensated. Bad customer service. Don’t stay here.
