It was a nice apt but the drive way was terrible to drive into
The apt its self was perfect for us. Wash is a tad small but got the job done. However, be sure you are careful where you park. Its hard to tell what are reserved spots and not as the paint is wearing off. Alsobif you have a low to the ground vehicle drive very slow as there are huge pot holes you almost cant miss to drive over. Overall the actual apt was very nice and the management helped with any questions I had. Not sure they can do much for the actual parking lot.

It was a great play to stay the beach is within walking distance and has a pretty good pizza place right down the street. The stay was very nice.

Family Vacation
The apartment was great in every way. It was so close to where the rest of my family was staying at the Jamaica Beach RV site. This is an annual Galveston Family vacation. I loved where we stayed and will book again. Thank you so much!

family vacation
This was our first family vacation and it was perfect! The apartment is as pictured and extremely clean. Beds are super comfy as well! Neighborhood is really quiet and neighbors are really friendly. The only thing it needs is better markings on the parking spaces.

Last Minute Gem
Very nice downstairs apartment. Plenty of room for 4 adults and our dog. Within walking distance to the beach. Thankful to have found this place just weeks before the holiday weekend. We love the Jamaica Beach area. Neighbors were friendly. Turns out one lived in our little town in NW Louisiana until recently. We would rent this place again.

Easy peasy
Enjoyed our stay! There are restaurants within walking distance which is great. Close to a stop light as well so easy to get across to the beach which helped with kids in tow. The beach does have drive on access if you prefer that. As a family of 5 having 2 bathroom is a life saver! Everyone slept comfortably and really enjoyed the apartment. I had a question and they were very responsive. Thanks for an easy peasy vacation!

Love this place!
This places is perfect for family. I been to couple of beach Vrbo, but his one got my attention on the cleanliness, who ever does their cleaning are doing such an amazing job! Hope they always keep it like that this one is been my top out of all Vrbo I been. It’s very quietly very nice neighbors! Love it definitely coming back!.

Great Getaway
The property was nice, no loud neighbors, good proximity to the beach and very comfortable dwelling. I would however, suggest that you bring your toiletries, garbage bags, paper goods, etc. we were furnished 2 rolls of tp for 8 people for 4 nights. Lol

Great location for the beach
Very short distance to the beach with drive on access. Having two bathrooms and washer/dryer was a plus. Great air conditioning. Quiet neighborhood. Queen bed was comfortable. Bunk beds and trundle were not comfortable for my kids. Mattresses are thin. All the ceiling fans rattled. This was an adequate place to stay but nothing fancy.

Great Experience
This was the perfect location and ideal floorplan for our beach vacation. The beach is just a minute away. There is a pizza place just around the corner that is fantastic. There is a Dollar General a few miles down for those forgotten items and a Circle K to purchase gas a few blocks to the left. It was nice having a washer/dryer. There were plenty of towels, etc. The neighbors were friendly. I would love to stay here, again.

Do Not Recommend
The first night, we went out to dinner and our dog damaged one half of one set of blinds. The owner sent an email that they were in the apartment and were going to return the next day to assess damages. I emailed the owner who then told me they weren't in the apartment. No mention of them saying they would be in the next day to assess damages. (Of course there were no other damages.) This was my first stay in VRBO and I find it very creepy that the owner can just come in while we are out, without our knowledge. Next, neighbors smoked weed and we had to smell it in our apartment almost every night. Finally, some things started breaking while we were there (such as the towel hooks that were glued on the wall as an obvious fast fix). Multiple Plug-ins that were not the right size as the scents started leaking. And the smoke detectors were not plugged in. It was quite a mess.

Great place
We were able to rent this place last minute and decided to stay at Jamaica beach for the first time. Let me tell you, if you’re looking to get away from the crowd on the beach, this is the place to go. It’s location is great. The house itself was remodeled and was great for us. It’s in a small apartment complex that is not horrible, but the apartment itself is great. Had no issues the entire trip. Would definitely chose this place again. Only thing I would recommend is getting your own toilet paper and paper towels and trash bags before showing up as they only provide one of each and if you’re staying longer than a couple days you’ll need more. Five stars
