Boards on the back deck area and near the pool would noticeably sink in while standing on them. The pool was OK, definitely aged and not very clean. "Love this property! The views can’t be beat. Towels provided was appreciated as well as the washer and dryer. Outdoor shower is convenient and water hoses are everywhere to clean off all your gear. "The house is steps to the beach. The week we were there it rained every day. It was nice to have the patio under the house so we could still be outside.
