"Reserve el hotel con casi un mes de anticipación, hice el check in a las 4 pm y despúes de hacerlo me dijeron que la habitación no estaba. Lista aún que tenia que que esperar. "I have rented several times over the years and this is by far the best place I have ever rented. My family even agreed it was clean. It looks just like the pictures do,they even added extra touches in the place if you forgot shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, anything like that. The process of checking in and checkout was so simple. If I ever go back to Murrells Inlet, this would be the place. I would love to stay."

"Overall the location was great, Brian is a good host. The condo itself was nice and has a fantastic view of the ocean, the pool and hot tub are very nice as well. Everyone at the condo facility was very nice. The beach shop is a great little store on the bottom level and the owner was a great guy. Only negative was the bar downstairs as a lot of the partons would huddle in the garage and smoke and you have to walk through it to get to the elevator. "

"The place is large and located in a great spot - close to the beach, pool, gym, splash pad and racquet courts. Communication was very good with the owner. We put in the address in our GPS but were not able to access until we found the administration building and security building. They require a 30.00 downpayment for an access card to the complex of which only 10.00 is returned! The house could have been a bit cleaner especially the bathrooms. The kitchen is a little tired too."

"This home away from home checks all our boxes! The home is very spacious allowing for family to gather, and the Pups love the large fenced in back yard. The neighborhood is quiet and it is an easy walk to the beach. The Host is fabulous!! They are near by if needed, and answer all messages quickly. The listing should mention winter closings, as we were disappointed to find out that the nearby closest restaurant, the Conch Cafe, was closed in January, as well as many other restaurants. Having access to the garage was great for the bikes but would also be great for nice cars or anything you needed to store in there. "Wonderful! Just what we were looking for . The community is so peaceful. The atmosphere is tranquil and beautiful. The homeowners are easy to get in touch with though we had no need to. The house had all that we needed and then some. Quaint and homey. The golf cart is a great touch. Easy access to the beach with or without golf cart. Access to beach chairs, etc is easy and also a great touch. We had such a relaxing time. The price of our stay was a blessing. We recommend! "
