"Our family had a great time with our stay. Just a few short miles away from Monarch. Accommodations we perfect. Beautiful property set up on the mountainside. Lots of great memories to take away. Dont take recommendation off having tire chains lightly. You'll need them in the winter. Luckily walmart had a set. Would 100% stay again. Only complaint is that itbwas scorching hot inside when we arrived and we all had a hard time sleeping the first night. Other than that, it was perfect."

"the listing does not show the second bathroom on the 2nd floor which is actually ONLY a sink and toilet, no shower. There are 4 bed area's on the 2nd floor, but in order to use the extra shower, it is located down stairs just outside the laundry room and the entrance to the Sauna. thankfully, we had 5 males and 1 female with her husband who stayed in the bedroom downstairs with a full bathroom outside their doorway. "A group of nurses here planned a getaway to Mt Princeton hot springs, and to spend time together celebrating a couple birthdays. The house was super clean with lots of space and comfortable. Beautiful views right on the river. Highly recommend and will consider this place in the future. "

"We had the best time here. Skied in Breckenridge day one and monarch on day two. Day three was the train ride in leadville. Skiing was great and the train ride was so fun. The loft was perfect. Right in downtown and we could walk to great restaurants in town. All the cute shops are great and everyone is so friendly. Our last night was new years eve and the city had a block party and it was rocking! What a great place to spend with someone you love. Happy new year!"

"As we drove down the road we took notice of all the nearby cabins and none have the views this one does. Incredible views and we got the “frequent visitors” our last morning there. Place is clean and can get really toasty if you want it to with the fireplace and heating. Fire pit and hot tub were great for the winter weather while we were there. Definitely will stay again. "

"Very well maintained and clean cabin, and our host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We especially enjoyed the fireplace, the hot tub, and the privacy of the cabin. Outside of the master bedroom is a stream you can hear at night while sleeping. We had everything we needed and our kids are already asking to stay there again for future ski trips to Monarch. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!"

"There were some minor property issues, but they were not even close to a deal breaker. The House was clean and bright and had everything we needed. My family had a wonderful time. I enjoyed being back in the Heart of the Rockies and in the heart of downtown. I was a geology student in Salida in the mid-90s, and it was great to see that this town is still strong. I loved seeing some of the same places I frequented are still around."
