"The house ia very good. However it needs maintenance and cleaning. The bedrooms are larger than the pictures. We had a great relaxing weekend as a family. Everything in the house works properly. But it needs some deep cleaning. The house is in a skydiving place. So the kids LOVE to watch the airplane and people skydiving. That was definitely very fun. Communication was not the best. Host is very nice but took long time to answer. "

"The house lies in a busy neighborhood, but was suprisingly quiet. It was a short distance from both Buffalo and Niagara Falls. The house was very nice and the doors auto lock. The only downside was even though we were upstairs, we could hear the guest downstairs moving around. It didnt bother us, but some people may not like it."

"The property was very nice and cozy. We were traveling with our dog and it was perfect for us. We enjoyed walking through the woods and exploring the frisbee golf course. "We had a very comfortable stay at the Tiny Cottage! It had all the amenities we needed, and our son LOVED the loft! Our only issue was arriving after dark and there was no address listed on the house so it took us some time to locate the correct location. However, the hosts were waiting up for us and came over to help us get in and situated. We are already looking forward to another stay here in the future! "

"We absolutely loved our stay in this precious home! We've never brought our dogs with us on "vacation" before, but they had as much fun as we did, and seemed to feel right at home. Kelley provided everything we needed and even had essentials, if you forgot something. We will 100 percent be back if she'll have us.
