"The cottage was cosy and had everything we needed. A minor niggle, but it was a bit cluttered with cushions and throws in the sitting room - the throws just slid off the leather sofas and the cushions were too big and too many, so were surplus to requirements. The location suited us very well, with a host of lovely walks and places to visit nearby. We had a wonderful break and can recommend!"

"A perfect house and location for an extended family reunion; a beautiful place. The river, tennis courts, walks, snooker, bbq, space inside and out means you can relax and know there’s something for every age. We love Netherhall. The kitchen is very well equipped for big groups - everything in order. Flora, James and family are excellent hosts: great communication and super friendly. We hope to return - for the sixth time! "

"Big house and garden ideal for our extended family holiday. Comfy beds, large open plan kitchen and cosy lounge. Kids loved the garden and the fire pit. Area is so quiet we barely saw another person or car although red deer come through the garden sometimes! And what a view from the front of the house! Area is great for cycling, Kiroughtree (7stanes) is 1/2 hour drive and Big Water of Fleet viaduct is a nice drive / cycle. "

"Cosy, well equipped cottage with a lovely view. Our elderly parents loved that they didn't have to go anywhere to enjoy the beach and they could get out for easy walks. With amenities just a few minutes drive away and local to wildlife viewing options this worked well for us. None of us were keen to leave."
