Very accommodating
The property was perfect for four of us. Plenty of room. Nice size game room. Great views from the back deck. Hot Tub was nice and clean and hot. All the kitchen amenities were in good condition and clean. Look forward to coming back again.

Bear Haven for Nature Lovers
This cabin is nestled on the side of Ski Mtn. It has a big acorn tree on each side of its fabulous back deck. You can see the worn path underneath the trees showing it is used daily. We saw 2 sets of female bears & each had 3 cubs. Also 2 or 3 random lone bears foraging under the oak trees daily. The Ober Mtn lodge ski lodge can be seen below the deck & it’s fun to watch the zip line activity & the lighted cable cars & night,,, well it ‘s amazing! This cabin is perfection inside. I will always rent thru this owner only. He knows customer service! Amen.

Little Slice of Heaven
Most relaxing vacation we’ve ever had. Loved how close it was located to Gatlinburg. Only one other cabin close and we never heard the people staying there. The inside was decorated beautifully. Newer, nicer appliances than you see at most rental properties. And the back deck view cannot be described. It was amazing!

Bears & Views
Very cool rental in the mountains with amazing views. Clean and well maintained. Anticipate mountain roads but that is expected when visiting the Smokys. Fun game room for kids with two separate bedrooms on opposite sides. Kids sleep on one side and adults on the other which was nice. Sunrises and sunsets are beautiful from the porch. Hot tub was well maintained and provided a relaxing end to each evening. Everything was labeled and organized so we never had a need to reach out to property manager. Beds were super comfortable. We also ran into several bears around the property which left lasting memories for the family!

Amazing views from the back deck. Spent most of my time at the house taking in the scenery. House was very clean, and extremely organized. Had labels for just about everything from lights to games. Perfect for our family of 5.

THIS CABIN IS A GORGEOUS!
The cabin is beautiful. The views were amazing. The location is just perfect. It is very quiet and clean. We saw lots of bears. The hot tub was fantastic for those long hiking days. The bonus for the guys in my group was the old school arcade that they loved! We will definitely stay here again in the future!

This cozy cabin was perfect for our getaway. It is well equipped and well organized; they had everything we needed and no problem finding anything. Decent view over Ober park and not far from Gatlinburg, Sugarland Visitor Center for SMNP. We’d come back.

Family spring break
