Almost 5 stars
Great location and property. Very clean and nice. The only issue was the WiFi and the not having regular cable on the TV’s. Missed out on watching football after a day out in town. Besides that we will recommend the property to our friends and family.

Beautiful property close to everything
Close to everything you want to do while in GB/PF, but far enough away to get some beautiful, serene views of the Great Smoky Mountains. The property was very clean and upkeep was obvious. A small issue with check-in was resolved quickly with a short phone call. Will stay again when I return to the area.

My family and I enjoyed staying at this home located minutes away from bustling Gatlinburg. It was clean and comfortable. We had a couple of minor issues and the property manager was quick to reply. Overall a very nice stay!

Nice Condo
This unit is very clean and comfortable. One minor hiccup at check in with the wifi code, but it was quickly resolved. The kitchen could stand to be stocked a bit better for those who will be doing cooking, but not a big deal for us. Overall, this was a great place to spend a few days in the mountains.

Great place just outside of downtown
We stayed here during the busy spring break week. Having a place to go to that was just outside the downtown area was nice. It’s a bit far for walking to downtown, but driving was our option. The place was clean and had a great view. Everything went smoothly and the owner was responsive to messages. Thank you for the nice stay.

This was probably my best vrbo experience yet. This was a very clean, spacious townhouse. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable. Big televisions for movie streaming. It was absolutely wonderful.

Clean & Cozy for Girls’ trip
My friends and I were so pleased with this condo. It has a cozy gas fireplace that heated right up. There was even a Christmas tree! The bedrooms are upstairs and the living area and kitchen are downstairs. We enjoyed the balconies off the downstairs and the master bedroom, which have a nice view of the mountains. The condo itself is part of the highest set of condos in the complex, so it was quiet and felt safe and secluded. We would definitely stay again! We like to cook though, so next time we will bring our own pot holders, cutting board, sharp knives and storage containers for leftovers. Also, be sure to read the email they send you with a packing list. I mistakenly thought it was a generic list, but it is actually helpful in terms of what to expect when you get to the condo.

The property was nice and clean. Plenty of room for the family. The kitchen did not have a lot of cooking supplies so if you plan to cook a lot bring your preferred supplies.

Amazing property!!
Absolutely perfect! My sisters and I thoroughly enjoyed everything about this condo. Great light great views super comfortable. Please add more options as far as cooking. More pots and pans maybe a slow cooker, storage containers, etc. We loved it!

Beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. Very nice furniture, beds were awesome. Had everything we needed for a wonderful time. Great location to Gatlinburg. My only regret, we forgot to write in the visitor book. 😥 We will just have to visit and stay there again!
