Fantastic cabin! We took a large church group and it was easy to assign rooms as they are all named. The cabin is spacious, comfortable, clean and perfect for large groups. The kitchen/ dining area space is so well used and had plenty of seating. My favorite thing in the cabin was the marquee in the kitchen with their favorite places to eat and activities in the area.If I could give ten stars, I would!

Excellent, fun property! Plenty to do on-site for kids and adults to have fun and in an excellent location to access both downtown and Ober. Very clean and actually even better than advertised! There had been renovations and the addition of a much larger hot tub after we booked. The instructions for check-in and what to do prior to check-out were very clear and the property owner was easily accessible. You can be very confident in it being a great decision to stay here!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving family reunion at Bearadise Lodge. There were 17 of us ranging from 10 to 80yo. The kids loved the arcade games. The adults loved the giant hot tub and fire pit. The dining area was able to accommodate all of us all at once during Thanksgiving dinner. The cabin is very convenient to downtown Gatlinburg and all of the activities there. Really appreciated the A-frame architecture of the cabin. All in all, a delightful stay!

The cabin’s location was excellent and ideal for our family reunion. It was spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. The hot tub was warm and well maintained, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. When we had a few minor issues, the host responded promptly and was helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to rent this cabin again in the future.

We had w wonderful time. My son got married at a venue and the area was amazing. This place had so much room and very comfortable. We didn’t want to leave. We got to se bears and it was amazing. The host was wonderful. I travel a lot and I never had such amazing host. They are very sweet and understanding They contacted you quick. I would definitely recommend this place. It won’t disappoint

Had a great time with our 4-H club and their families. Perfect for lots of families and kids! We especially enjoyed the Bear family visits! LOL! Seriously, this was an amazing experience for our group. The owners were super nice and very helpful! Would recommend this getaway to everyone!

Family Reunion

The host is incredibly fast in replying to all my questions from the time of booking to the very last day. The cabin accommodated everything we needed to house 12 Families for our Annual Family Reunion! The bears are “wildly domesticated” beware if your grilling they will come by and get so close because they are not afraid. Keep your vehicles locked, they will enter but only left paw prints inside our RV and a couple of vehicles that were parked in the driveway.We all had fun and made many memories during our stay for our 2025 Family Reunion!

Best time ever

We booked this cabin last minute because our previous reservation was canceled because of inspection issues. That was the best thing that could have happened to us because this cabin was so much better. Plenty of room and management was amazing. The bears were a plus lol. Thank you so much for renting your cabin out to my group. This was the best cabin I have ever rented and I will definitely rent again in the future.

Best place to get away to connect with family

Everything was perfect! Spacious common areas, cozy rooms, beautiful views. Pool table and arcade games were the teens favorite! Plenty of showers, tvs, and the best stocked kitchen!

We had a great stay at this property! While some of the games in the cabin are starting to show their age, they all worked perfectly fine—just in need of a little TLC. Any small issues we encountered were minor and didn't impact our stay. For the more significant concerns, the owner was incredibly responsive and quickly helped us resolve them, which we really appreciated.The location is fantastic—just a short drive to downtown and situated on well-maintained roads. We stayed during the winter storm in January, and the owner was proactive in giving us helpful tips on how to safely reach the cabin. Thanks to their guidance, we had no trouble making it to the property, even in snowy conditions. Overall, this was a comfortable and convenient place to stay, and we’d recommend it for anyone looking for a cozy getaway near downtown!

Happy New Year Family Reunion

We had an incredible New Year’s celebration at this lodge, accommodating our group spanning ages from 3 weeks old to 90 years old! The 12 bedrooms were perfect for our large family; every room was used and provided a comfortable, restful stay. The lodge itself is thoughtfully equipped with fantastic amenities: a relaxing hot tub, a cozy fire pit for evening gatherings, and a well-stocked kitchen that made meal prep a breeze. Upon arrival, we were delighted to find a welcoming touch—a delicious cake and bottle of wine, along with a kind note from the owners. Throughout our stay, they checked in a couple of times to ensure everything was going well, which we truly appreciated. We loved the nearby hiking trails, offering beautiful scenery and a chance to enjoy the great outdoors. For lighter afternoons, the local attractions provided plenty of fun for all ages. This lodge is a gem, combining comfort, convenience, and a personal touch. We highly recommend it for any large family gathering or special event!
