The property has such potential
Microwave does not turn on (we later figured out that two outlets in the kitchen were not working). Only 2 steak knives and the handles were broken. No serrated knife. The tea pot lid was broken so you couldn’t remove the lid. No rubber scraper or whisk. The glass stovetop is completely broken - it is cracked and missing over one burner and cracked on another so it was impossible to use. One cabinet drawer is so broken it’s very difficult to open the other drawers because it blocks them closed. No icemaker. Refrigerator doors are ridiculous. They have wood trim that is supposed to be attached to the refrigerator/freezer doors. They are not attached so it is a complete pain to open and close the doors. You have to open them individually and they do not close on their own, so it is very easy for them to remain open. The trim on the floor under the sink has completely fallen off and is lying on the floor. Both dishwashers have broken items: the detergent holder is broken on both so you have to just throw the pod on the bottom. The rollers are broken so it’s extremely difficult to get the trays out and it falls off the track and dishes fall out. Many cups, bowls and glasses are chipped. The sliding glass door is horrible. You can open it, but there’s no way you can close it without picking it up and dragging it. The ceiling fan on the top floor does not work. Lights in the bathroom on the main floor do not work, only one small light and it is very dark in there.
