Don’t let the exterior fool you once we walked in the room it’s was very cozy , charming Best Bed I’ve slept in compared to expensive property’s 10-10 on that Bathroom & shower could use updating other than that great hotel for price

I didn't like anything about it but the convenience of the location but the experience was terrible!! The coffee pot still has coffee in it,there was an empty liquor bottle in the dresser,the heat didn't work and we didn't figure that out til 1:30am and we checked the filter and it hadn't been cleaned in months. We contacted the owner she said we could move rooms but the manager on duty just brought us a space heater said this is all I can do all the rooms are dirty,no occupied but dirty!! Why couldn't he clean one so we could have heat???? We left a day early due to it being really cold and they didn't want to provide a source of heat that actually worked. I'm very disappointed in my experience

Our heater didn't work in 25 degree weather. We told the man in the front office and he said "never heard that before" and gave us a small space heater he was using for this office (they dont have heating?) from the 80s and told us to use this to warm our entire room. My husband went back and told him we needed a new room as that heater was a joke. They DID give us a new room. The room still had stuff from the previous user. We found lolipop sticks, hair clips, their food left over in the fridge. I guess you get what you pay for as this was one of the cheapest hotels in Gatlinburg for that time. The rooms were decorated nicely and the bed was comfortable. Close enough to walk downtown. Okay if you're just needing it for one night.

Very disappointing
When arrived found the bathroom to be dirty could not even take a shower. The sheets was dirty. Couldn’t even put my cloths in a dresser drawer because they was full of dirt and food. Food was left in the fridge. Was very disappointed!

Appears to be under renovation. No one was at the counter upon arrival. Two phone numbers posted on the door to call for assistance. No one answered the primary number and someone answered the second number as did not offer any assistance. A hotel worker finally saw that they were people waiting outside’s de the office and opened the door. No greeting or sorry for the wait. Basically was handed a key and go find your room. Rooms are antiquated. Bathrooms are from another lifetime. Towels were old and barely big enough for a child let alone an adult. NO HOT Water fr a morning shower three days in a row. No phone in the room and there was a lockbox on the outside of every room door. Not sure what it was for, but startled us one as a hotel worker was accessing the lockbox while we were in the room around 9:00pm. Very alarming. Had we not prepaid through Expedia, we would have departed after the first night. Renovation appears to be superficial. Need to upgrade the switches in the bathroom and ensure hot water.

The gentleman at the desk was kind. There was garage in the parking lot along with a dead bloated bird. The bathroom door latch was broken, locked in the bathroom for a short time. My husband was able to get me out. The bathroom pipe had a least 2” of dust. The king size bed was really comfortable! Extremely surprised! Within walking distance to all activities.

Great place.
Tee enjoyed our stay. We had two rooms and we were lucky to have them side by side. We could tell they were making upgrades and they rooms were looking good and you could it was coming together.

The rooms were really nice, beds comfy. The outside looks a bit run down, which makes you double guess the quality but we were surprised about how nice the rooms were. Free parking and the staff were nice

We booked the hotel from a weds-Monday. When we pulled up to be honest we thought oh no ,, its run down looking. However, when we opened the door to the room , it was nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable, it was clean . The room over all was decent. The bathroom needs updating, and it would be better with no carpet , and updated flooring . The staff was very nice

Beware! Do not book here!
DO NOT STAY HERE! This place is awful and covered in fleas! My husband and I booked a room here a few days before our road trip. Once we checked in, 10 mins later we were sitting on the bed and noticed a few fleas. Upon removing the top sheet there were numerous fleas jumping everywhere! They got into our belongings and bit up my husband’s ankle. We told the front desk attendant and he said nothing he can do. Multiple other people were complaining and leaving due to fleas and AC units not working. EVEN WORSE, hotels.com is refusing to give us our money back because the owner of the property will not respond. This is a TERRIBLE experience with this motel and hotels.com.

First off, when we got here there was no one at the desk to check us in. Then after getting checked in and checking into our room one of our beds smelled like pee and the room was extremely hot. There was no seal around the door and we had only one towel and 2 rags for 4 people. About 2 hrs after checking in they call me to ask if we are still checking in. I do not recommend this place to no one.

The manager of the property was excellent, very friendly and doesn't stop. Very budget friendly. I'll definitely be back.
