Stay from hell
Guys I don’t know where to start .
We only stayed there for 2 nights as I was visiting my parents and we need to stay in town.
They advertised this property as a luxuary apartments , which weren’t cheap considering it was out of seson.
At the arrival we were told we won’t get the apartament which we chose , which I specifically selected , cos there was a leak in the bathroom.
We only came in left the luggage and left for the day as parents were quiet far away. We came back quiet late around 11 pm
But when we got into the bed , the mattress was all Brocken and the springs were sticking out literally poking you in the back ,the water in the bathroom was dripping was much that we cudnt even sleep a few minutes.
We went to the reception the next day n informed them about the problems , even showed them a video of the water dripping n the pipes making noice all nite. They said they gonna deal with it, we had to leave for the day and we came back in the evening ,
Their resolving the issue was Turing the matters upside down , the water was still noisy and and there was no hot water which we recorded as well .when we went to check out as that was our last stay - they only said sorry and that was passed to the owner. They said they have 58 apartments and we can book with them again.
If they advertise this as a luxury they need to learn few things a about it first ….it looked like they didn’t care at all as this was paid in advance
