Comfortable Family Stay
We had a pleasant stay at the hosts’ home. We enjoyed walking out to the beach along the bay and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The home was clean and comfortable. We didn’t use a lot of the amenities but were impressed with everything offered.

Good basic beach house rental for group or family
Close to beach access path. Nice to have wagon and beach chairs in garage. Mobility impaired people will have difficulty with walk to beach Signs at property about noise and quiet hours but next door neighbors had barking dog and music that could be heard at bedtime from the bedroom on a Monday night. Construction noise in neighborhood during the day. Otherwise quiet dead end street 4 bedrooms. King bedroom has bed with metal frame that Squeaked and bounced when one partner sat on edge of bed or got out of bed 2 bathrooms. Both quite Small Lots of towels which was nice. Good washer and dryer with laundry soap Nice hot tub in back yard We didn’t use bikes in garage Dishwasher didn’t always finish cycle and clean properly but we let management know Lots of kitchen supplies available No rugs or carpet so bring slippers. Maybe cleaner that way but not very cozy

My daughter and grands had a fabulous stay! We loved the location with an peasy stroll to the beach, the hot tub, and all the options for games and puzzles. We really couldn’t have dreamed up a better end of summer getaway

Perfect Weekend!
The location was great, just steps away from the beach. We were able to catch a perfect sunset. The bbq grill came in handy and the hot tub plus the fire pit was perfect for the weekend. We will definitely consider coming back to this house next time we come to the coast.

Perfect family gathering
This was a perfect place for our family get together! Large dining room table inside and lots of space. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. 4 nice bedrooms, and the house was very clean! Great back yard and fenced too! Wonderful entertainment amenities and short walk to the beach - we didn’t want to leave!!!

Relaxation
The property was at a perfect location if you’re wanting peace and quiet. We spent more time at the house than we usually do on vacation because our beach was so nice and fun activities at the house for the kiddos. The home was found very clean and had everything we needed for our at home dinners.

Beautiful beach home
This house was perfect for our group. The check in process was flawless as was check out. The yard was lovely and the dogs really enjoyed it. The cleanliness when we arrived did not go unnoticed. I was delighted to find an Instant Pot in the kitchen. We are already planning our next trip to this perfect Gearhart home.

Perfection on the Oregon Coast
We just completed another perfect stay with Kukui property mgmt in Gearhart. The home was impeccably clean, gorgeous huge yard, amenities galore for adults and littles, great fenced professionally landscaped yard for your furry littles, and steps from stunning beaches. We loved grilling on the deck, hot tubbing under the stars, and s'more's at the fire pit. We loved gazing at the ocean view while playing fetch with our dogs or throwing horse shoes or corn hole sacks in the yard. Our entire family of 8 enjoyed the getaway from start to finish. Another perfect birthday getaway and we already can’t wait for the next. The house is located on Marion which is situated among multi-million dollar “gin ridge” properties but is still understated and casual for a flawless getaway at one of the finest communities on the Oregon coast. Thank you!

Great cozy getaway with fenced in yard and trail to beach!
We loved staying at this Gearhart home! The house had everything! We loved the fenced yard for privacy and safety with our dogs, super cozy couch for family movies, hot tub, allll the games and great beach cruiser bikes. The closeness to the beach was fantastic either by trail or a little up the road. Property managers were so proactive and communicative. House was easy to access and very clean. We loved walking up the road to the little local market & cafe for pastries and coffee in the morning. Met many wonderful locals throwing the ball for our dogs on the beach too. Would absolutely stay here again! (The only thing we missed out on were seeing the special herd of elk in this town!)

The VRBO was very clean and comfortable, access to everything was very convienient. I will be booking again. If you're going crabbing, clamming and surf fishing from out of state I strongly suggest reasearch on weather. In my case the internet history was no help. I think all of us are experiencing an unusual winter season at this time. Thankfully these peaceful and quiet accomodations made our trip worth while regardless of weather conditions. This company, what they advertise is spot on, welcome packet covers everything. Thank you for that and thank you for cleanliness, our wives were happy so that's everthing. I highly reccomend this VRBO company.

Cozy Getaway
This place was wonderful for a weekend getaway with my husband and two dogs. We enjoyed the hot tub, ping pong ball, board games, long walks on the beach with our pups, and cuddling up for a movie with a fire going in the fireplace. The house was clean and had a cute beach house feel. The perfect place to be away from the busy day to day.

Delightful home, amazing exploration
The property was meticulously clean with a welcoming feel. The kitchen was well stocked and user-friendly to cook together as a family. The amazing deck and yard made for great times in the hot tub, around the fire pit, and playing horseshoes. We enjoyed many walks to the nearby beach and were delighted by the exploration at the varying tides. Bird watching was an unexpected bonus!

We had a great stay at this Gearhart house with our son and his family. The house was very clean and had plenty of towels for all. The only negatives I will mention is that the kitchen and bathrooms need to be updated. Also lighting was lacking in the house. And finally location to beach was more than a 5 minute walk. Regardless we had a great time.

Perfect family getaway
The house was perfect for our family! There is so much to do. The house has lots of activities and board games to play after spending all day at the beach (short walk away from the home!). There are so many nearby restaurants to grab a delicious dinner but this house also has a fully loaded kitchen, which made cooking easy. I loved our stay and highly recommend this property!
